    Many groups of people are not unsettled by things in small amounts. If I were to see a corpse or a couple corpses, I would feel bad but not necessarily unsettled. If I knew that there were thousands of corpses in an area, I would definitely be unsettled, especially if those are the corpses of beings that are supposed to not die.

(A Shardplate standby is the individual who wears the Shards when the actual bearer is unavailable)
