Dehydration
Well, I need to expound. Recently I had to track my water intake for a class. After looking at the numbers and figuring out how much I am supposed to drink each day, I came to a startling realization. I only drink about 1/6 of what I am supposed to, everyday. And I have been doing that for weeks, possibly months.
On top of that, as a gymnast, I am actually drinking less than 1/6 because active athletes use different equations.Dehydration
