It really depends. A bond exists in the SR which is not a place of linear time. If you go by when a reliable narrator would say that they noticed a spren around them then Shallan seems to be the first (that we know of) about ten years ago(ish) followed by a couple of unclear experiences by Jasnah and Tein(Jasnah's childhood illness leads people to suspect it could actually have been earlier) followed by Kaladin who in turn is followed by Lift and Renarin followed by Dalinar followed by Szeth then Teft then Skar then Drehy. According to the GB however Nale has spent the past two decades at least hunting down radiants meaning we missed a few. This is only a really rough guide though.

It really depends how you want to discover things. Do you want to know what is going on behind the scenes as you read things or do you want to realize what everything was after you read it from a different perspective? You are good to go as is really. You don't even seriously need to read Elantris before starting the arcanum unbounded collection. That being said most sharders think you should read Elantris before secret history.

I suppose. We know the Sho Del have at least one shard but no dragon getting a shard seems wrong to me.

Honestly I could do a lot with soulstamping. Its strength is really substituting for past experiences in which you did not do as well as you should have. I want to have done better in school. OK just soulstamp to make it so I studied for those tests. Some fun side notes though. Could you make a computer network think that you had bought apple stock 30 years ago? If something is unknown like where a treasure is buried could you plausibly forge the entire treasure? Throws something.

A smarter alternative would be to pull on a piece of metal wall above you and run up a wall. Provided you stay oriented and keep moving this should work. Like rappelling down or in this case up a cliff.

Why would you soulstamp something twice? Why not just make a necessary modification to the original soulstamp or just make a new one?

Most Kandra are not OK with killing people(MeLaan is an exception).

I think so yes but to do it they would have to add an additional spike to the two they already have which would allow harmony(and possibly high level soothers) to take control of them more easily.

Wait this is actually clearly at the very end of Oathbringer. Because Moash is glowing which means he has been given Jes's honorblade. We don't know what Rlain was doing then.
