  1. Jenny nearly started to speak, then glanced over at Roy. She wanted to help Harold- he was inexperienced and needed someone to protect him. Killing monsters was something she was good at, something she could do to help. Perhaps make up for yelling at him earlier. But she couldn’t leave Edgar alone with Roy. Edgar didn’t seem like he was going to go with Harold, and Roy had nearly killed him less than two days ago. Jenny fully expected him to try murdering him again, especially while he was still tired. While the other demigods would be there, she didn’t expect them to keep as vigilant a watch as she would. She would go with Harold only if Roy did as well. @RoyalBeeMage @Weaver of Lights

  5. Lunamor sat listening, enthralled by the story. He had seen lightweaving produce something similar before, but this was different somehow. When the woman declared that it was only the first part of the story, he was sucked back into the real world. Those candles, they were more than just candles. ”This story, he is very good. May I hear the rest of it? After you are done eating, perhaps?” He paused for a moment, weighing his internal sense of principles against his curiosity. His curiosity won out. ”These candles, I will buy them if needed. You have already paid well for your food.” Buying from a merchant who dared hawk their wares in his establishment would have been unthinkable a few minutes ago, but he greatly wanted to hear the rest of the tale.
  6. I’ve finished the first two. TPBM has too many tabs open on their browser.
  7. Chuck Norris has punched people so hard that their blood started bleeding.
  8. Gotta go with Partysnax. What’s your favorite so-bad-it’s-good movie?
  9. Guards, get the townspeople to safety!
  10. Synthetic
  11. My pockets are often too small, fake, or nonexistent for carrying around a pencil (curse women’s pants!). TPBM is bad at sitting in a chair like a normal human being.
  12. Nope. TPBM drags their finger across the keyboard when typing on mobile instead of tapping on each letter (works surprisingly well, by the way).
  13. Plastic
  14. Yes, I’m currently about to start a new one! What’s your favorite type of cake?
  15. Don't just stand there! Kill that thing!
  16. Eza jumped backwards as the support beams broke, startled. Lum kept getting hurt but was refusing help. They had mentioned that they would survive whatever happened next, but it was hard to believe them when they were literally sitting in the middle of a burning, collapsing building. She couldn’t help. There wasn’t enough metal on Lum to pull them to safety and she was too weak to drag them out. Eza wasn’t exactly fireproof, either. There was nothing for her to do but leave. They’d told her to run, anyways. She met Lum’s eyes for what she hoped wasn’t the last time, then followed the last of the patrons fleeing out the door. In the chaos, Eza was able to dash into an alleyway unnoticed. The building across from the bar was ringed by thick metal pipes under the lip of the roof. Taking a deep breath and downing a vial of metal, she ironpulled on them and shot upwards. In a practiced motion, she stretched her arms above her head and grabbed the roof’s lip, stopping her ironpull early enough that she didn’t slam into the pipes. She used her momentum to swing up over the edge and land noiselessly on the rooftop. Eza drew her daggers and crouched down, low enough that she was difficult to see even if you knew she was there. She doubted she’d have a chance against either of the two strangers in a fight if they decided to capture Lum. Perhaps she could surprise them and free Lum before they realized what was going on.
