  6. Ben wandered downstairs, stretching. He saw that they were making pancakes. He liked them, but wanted waffles instead. They were infinitely superior- they had pockets that could hold more syrup. He snatched a single one and retreated to his corner. He settled down and pulled out his book to read while eating.

  14. Ben tried a few more thrusts, then started yawning. How late was it? He had lost track of time. “It’s getting pretty late. I think that I need to get some sleep. Do you want to train again tomorrow?”
  15. “Yeah. I guess we all have our own strengths.” He tried the motions again, a little better this time. “I am glad you are so good at what you do. I really owe you one- both for protecting and agreeing to train me. Thanks.”
