Well, I would ask to include the Diagramists, but it's not really a guild yet, seeing as it has only two members.

Aeodin readied his Aons and followed Laonin out of the building.

Well, it's kind of in character, but you can post like this. I just did it IC for a flair of dramatics.- 119 replies

Aeodin looked up, surprised, as Veil strode over and began interrogating him. "Solace always has been evil. I used to support him, but then I saw what he did in Oasis City. He killed almost all of Oasis's citizens. There was a civil war within the Ghostbloods a while back, and Solace decided to murder pretty much all of our ranks. He also ran many horrible hemalurgic experiments. On top of all that, he had the shard of Justice killed. I think he has a motive. His motive is to kill, and usurp, and demoralize the alleyverse.

Welcome, @Ookla the Cited, you are welcome to join the great guild of the Diagramists. I will have oaths for you to swear presently. What do you mean, @Dr. Dapper? I have never heard of those acronyms.- 119 replies

In response to Laonin's query, Aeodin explained, "Yes, the fourth wall has been broken, and the one called Solace has been running amok and killing indiscriminantly." Aeodin conitinued, in a grieving voice, "I received word from Galvris a few hours ago. Valdwen, well, Solace killed Valdwen." At this, Aeodin bowed his head and drew in a shaky breath. He jumped, surprised as a man stepped out of the shadows. That's right, think about the task at hand. There'll be time for grief later. He introduced himself as Amon. A watchman, Aeodin thought, could be useful, considering what happened to me. In response to Laonin asking them to prepare, Aeodin began drawing offensive and defensive Aons in stones.

probably the best guild in the alleyverse The Diagramist
Vargo Seldon posted a topic in The Alleyverse
Hello all. I've finally made it from the cosmere to the Alleyverse You mere mortals are fortunate, as today is a day of brilliance! I write this in a small corner as I scrawl a new diagram on the wall of this alley. This new diagram predicts even the most unpredictable, such as Ioc, and mandates the perfect formula to rule the Alleyverse! Come Diagramists, come Silent Watchers, come all who are loyal to the brilliance of the boon. I know you are out there, hiding in the shadows, waiting for the oppurtune time. That time is now, we will rise like the sun over a horizon of darkness, this time not to save, but to rule, stabilize, and protect. What price are we willing to pay to see this realm secured? The answer is any. The protection of the entire homeless race cannot be measured in single lives of men. Join with me, for a better tomorrow, for a better Alleyverse, and ultimately, for a better Brandonverse. To join us, you may talk to my advisor, or me directly. Find the Diagramist extension agent near you and give him the code word 'coup d'etat' to be referred to me. I prefer to handle all recruitment myself, but unfortunately, the flood of new members must be handled with absolute efficiency. Therefore, anyone higher than the rank of Militia Battalionlord or Silent Watcher may recruit new members. The ranks are as follows: Note: All ranks are filled by NPC's until I have members. Also, the militia does not exist for the moment. Upon arriving to the Alleycity, we will stake out a portion of territory for ourselves. This area will be well maintained, protected, and policed by our militia. With regard to the diagram: Non may see the Diagram except for The Most Brilliant, the Advisor to The Most Brilliant, and the Most Brilliant's Ward. It is a specific document, and non may dispute my orders if they come from the diagram. Here are the oaths you swear to join. Members are free to pursue whatever interests they might have until they are called to duty. If you are caught betraying your oaths, you have but one chance at redemption. If you betray our trust yet again, you will be executed. Oaths: Diagramist Disclaimer applies to pretty much every word* *The disclaimer may or may not actually exist- 119 replies

Aeodin shook himself out of his stupor when Laonin addressed him. "The war, of course," he said with a smile. He listened to Veil's position and thought on it a little. "We could spread rumors that the little girl escaped, maybe lure them back to finish the job," he suggested to Laonin. @Ookla the Ring

Wow guys. I really need to update myself on this page more often. Really ran away from me... Anywho, I like Palindrome's idea, so lets just stick with that, and make sure to keep me out of government because I don't think I would get anything done.
-
At least Galvris isn't marrying anyone.
-
Aeodin raised his eyebrows at the eye. "Afraid not. Wasn't here for that war. I was away on Sel when it happened." He said. He followed him when the man marched over to Laonin and Ishek. He felt for the Aon in his pocket, just in case. He looked out of the window, and started. He stared away into the east. "Something's coming," he muttered, "Something big."

Okay... So I assume he wasn't as unbiased as he should have been. Well, we should have impeachment protocols as well.
-
I know. Nonintervention... lets see if I can pull it up... "Leave that place and join me in my oath of nonintervention."
-
Truly I thank you for supporting our noble cause. The Diagramists will rise and with us bing forth a new era in the Alleyverse. So, this all looks great guys but *interjects some clever opinion* so yeah, you figure it out and *sits back and waits*. In all seriousness, I like the idea of a republic even though I voted for a Mraizearchy. And I also like the idea of each great guild getting one vote. There should definitely be one main leader, and he should win by at least a 2/3 majority. Also, that new leader should sever all ties to previous guild affiliation, and rule in an unbiased way (like that's gonna happen). It's a nice ideal though.

No, voidus should officiate the wedding, then try to kill everyone. And succeed.

Sorry for dredging up the old channeler argument, but I believe that channelers to have awesome potential. They just need to reign in their powers a bit.
-
Sure. I'll make you right hand. Or second in command. Or whatever name that indicates the second highest rank. I'll work out all these details eventually.

Investiture for a Better Life Foundation
Vargo Seldon replied to Lord Meeker's topic in The Alleyverse
Now that Solace was gone, Galvris was free to tend to Valdwen. He crawled over to him, and took a quick look at his wound. It was bad, most of the blood had drained out already, and Valdwen was pale as snow. Galvris checked his pulse, and there was nothing. He tried to heal him with channeling, but he was too far gone. It was too late. Valdwen was dead. Hot rage burned inside of him. He would kill Solace for this, he would tear apart this building, he would... He looked around him and realized he was in a field full of broken pieces of rubble and shattered glass. He, in his rage, had destroyed the entire lab. He stood at the center of a smoking crater, and all around him we're the pieces of a once grand building. Galvris abruptly opened a gateway into tel'aran'rhiod and stepped through.- 273 replies

Aeodin transported back to the forge to gather materials, and with a surprise he noticed a man leaning against the wall. "Who are you?" he asked. @ShardBreaker
-
You may. I'll have all the kinks worked out in a few days or so. Consider yourself apart of the Diagramists (I'll have ranks soon).

"Good points both of you. I was thinking of a Diagramist guild, and my name reflects that thought. I was thinking about making an entire diagram, and saying on it what I want the members to do, but I think that would be a little much. We probably shouldn't discuss this here though."

Investiture for a Better Life Foundation
Vargo Seldon replied to Lord Meeker's topic in The Alleyverse
When the bullets from Althea flew at Galvris, he didn't deign to put up a shield. Instead, he simply turned incorporeal and let the bullets fly through him, disturbing his form but not harming him. Althea awoke, and strangely, Sephtis claimed that Max was dead, killed by he and Rick. Galvris looked, confused, towards where Max lay, still asleep. Strangely, Althea seemed to believe Sephtis. Sephtis tried to bind him and Rick and inflict wounds. It nearly succeeded. Galvris was barely able to block his epic powers with his channeling. Galvris readied flows of air, and used them to bind Aurell. He then used fire and air to take away and destroy Aurell's guns. He looked back towards Sephtis, and curiously, he and Althea were staring at each other rather determinedly. He waited until they broke their gaze, and Galvris then rushed at Solace. Solace looked dazed following his staring contest with Althea. Channeling couldn't touch him, but Galvris was a solid figure, well muscled from training with a blade. He hit Solace in a flying tackle and they both went tumbling to the ground. @Ookla the Meeker- 273 replies
