  1. Yes, thanks. It's a shame that it no longer is a thing, sounds cool.
  2. I really don't know how Oasis city works. How about a fortress in the wilderness? A city would take a lot of time to make, but a fortress is something that a city could spring up around. Something that can become a haven for trade and culture. Also, how does Newcago court even work? What is it?
  3. The pits that harbored the scadrians when sazed ascended.
  4. I'm stumped. The pits of hathsin?
  5. Fire. (Also a statement of fact)
  6. Ok thanks. Let's talk about cities. The Ghostbloods have a city, the keepers have one, and other guilds as well. Does your guild have to be of a certain status to make a city? Can you conjure a city out of thin air, or do you have to RP the construction as well as the population? Or can you pretend you RPed it, and have a grand reveal once it's done?
  7. Welcome to the great guild of the Diagramists. I gladly accept your oath. By the way, I'm handing out free ranks to those who join the quickest. Yours will appear on the rank list.
  8. I'm a genius. It's Nathrangking, isnt it. Proven.
  9. Okay. Alternatively I could draft and train an army, though it would probably take a while, and I'd probably have to RP all of it, right?
  10. Thanks. I'll look into those threads.
  11. ahh. It seems I misinterpreted. Sorry @Voidus.
  12. So, the index is almost done, kenod's laws have been voted on, the guild reforms are done. Only thing left is to kill off the rest of the era 2 characters. It shouldn't be long until the beginning of era three, so when ad where will the new thing be?
  13. So, I could hire an army of mercs?
  14. A 50 point cap on skills is not even enough for an expert in one skill. I somewhat agree, but for people with less powerful investiture, you should be able to make their skills bleed through to their investiture points. My character has 55 investiture points, and if I can't use half of my points in investiture, than skills are the only thing I have, but with a huge cap on skills, I am at a severe disadvantage. If you could make some skill points bleed through to investiture, than I would be fine.
  15. Yes, my character hit way over two-hundred, and I was being more conservative than my character bio suggested. I agree here completely.
  16. There may be a few side effects, such as selling your soul, but the overall affect is quite positive.
  17. I agree. The weapons training section seems a little too broad for me. Some mundane weapons are more powerful than others (like guns versus swords). With the new weapons training area, my character's score is probably well over 200.
  18. You know what, I think we all need to agree that tsurerif won. We can all stop posting now, ok? No more posting, congratulations tsurerif!
  19. No, but I still am rather attached to this thread.
  20. Welcome to the shard! Can I be the first to offer you one of the DA's delicious cookies? Stay away from the subforums about books you haven't read, as they are rife with spoilers. If you like role-playing I recommend the Alleyverse (link in signature) and the cosmere discussion area is a great place to propose theories or other stuff.
  21. I would prefer to not. Even if it means someone winning. Atium?
  22. Now that I think about it, it's obvious. I should really think deeper about these things. Adonalsium.
  23. With the stats on skills, my character just became ridiculously overpowered. @Archer Here's my interpretation of the stats on infinity blade: I'm rating the deathless experience wise, because that's where their main advantage comes from. They have increased strength and speed, but the difference this makes is minimal when compared to shardplate and pewterarms. With experience, deathless are able to predict when things happen, how they will happen, and what to do when they happen. With more experience, they are able to master skills that most people didn't even know existed. The fact that they can't die also boosts their power significantly, and I would consider these way too OP for anyone to use.
