With the rise of the new day, i set about readying myself for the on coming day. Once settled and ready, I head over to check out the brackets to find my place in the first match. Once i've got that sorted out, I begin to search the halls to see if i can find someone who knows anything more about this tournament than i do, preferably someone on the employee roster, in an attempt to gather as much information about it as possible.

How, precisely, does one send invites, chaos? I know a few people who want an account on google+, but I cant seem to figure out how. I tried double clicking them on the circles screen, but it brings up a screen that says "Inviting by email will be enabled soon!"

I dunno, I kinda like the idea of powers of 16, each level would give a real sense of accomplishment (or more realistically crippling lonliness based on how much time you spent on here)

Of course you're into math. You do programming. If you weren't into math, then you would be some sort of weird abomination. Also: its been a while since calculus, but the taylor series from what i remember is a representation of a function as an infinite sum based on the derivatives of like a single point or something. Anything under "book discussion" only go into what books you've read if you worry about spoilers. Under the general "Brandon Sanderson" section, it's mostly spoiler free (as its supposed to be) so you can feel free to browse and carouse there all you want. Other than that, all the other areas should be fine.

Ive had TF2 since it came out, though i dont play nearly as much as i used to. A buddy of mine practically plays it 24/7, he has like 4,000 hours logged into it, and thats just since they started trackling it (like march of 2009 or so) and he's reset his stats several times. Yeah, and its a pretty smart move on their part, if you ask me, since the addition of the mann co store. IMHO tf2 is probably one of the best online team based fps games ever, and that's mainly because of the continued support for the game (all the free updates and new content) Also, me and my buddy have been playing rift for about 2 weeks now, anyone else play it? Its a pretty hardcore wow (pre cata) clone with a few unique quirks

It's probably like their free weekends they have every so often, where anyone can play for a while, but at the end you have to pay for it. I don't think TF2 has ever been given away in its entirety for free, just short periods where people can play it for free. Doesn't mean they won't do it, though. Edit: turns out i was wrong. Well...that was.....interesting. Momentarily distracted by the appearance and subsequent exit of our apparent host, i jerk my head back around to where i was headed. Quickly, I once again take a quick mental note of all those I arrived with, and continue forward to find and question the man whose attention i seem to have caught.

Personally, im gonna wait till the thing is released before i get excited for it or blam it. It has some really good potential, but at the same time, it also has the potential to be an extremely useless and annoying gimmick. I've always appreciated that nintendo is willing to try new and innovative concepts, but at the same time, they're either stupidly successful in it or just totally bomb out so i expect this to follow that trend, one way or the other.

Seeing the man staring at me, I grimace. well, someone has taken special regard to my coming.... With that, I take quick note of my companions whereabouts and current situation, and as calmly and tactfully as possible, start making my way over to where the onlooker was spotted. got to move in such a way to avoid encountering someone, but slow and inconspicous enough to keep suspicions down.... With that, I try to make my route through the least populated areas, and keep to myself.

Well, I MAY be able to squeeze that into my busy schedule. These NES games won't play themselves ya know. (Consider it done )

So as of today I am now on night shifts for an indefinite period of time. So far, I haven't had a single thing to do work related. So in summary: yes, I'm being paid 40 bucks and hour to sit here late at night playing games on my smartphone. Be jealous.

yeah, the move went pretty well. We're (mostly) settled in. Still some unpacking left, but not a whole lot. Also, i doubt i'll be able to super lurk like i used to at my new job (its contracting for wells fargo, so their networks are locked pretty tight) but i should be able to do some browsing from both my phone and at home.
