    Give me one example of him choose the village over his family. Being judgmental is not necessarily a bad thing. And even if it was there are a lot worse traits in a father trust me. As for why his is a good father 1. He taught Kaladin to do what is right even when world opposes you 2.to do good even to those you hate. 3. Taught him a useful skill that has saved untold numbers of lives. 4. Puts the future of his son above his own personal comfort.

    I highly doubt any of the lifeless soul were still in the cognitive realm at time they were awakened. And nightblood wasn't alive at all before his awakening. Were talk about awakening not resurrection.

    No actually we see her body clearly still intact in the oathbringer. She's probably soul cast as a statue In colinar. So it is possible it's just very unlikely. No that's not why I think it's unlikely, I just think it unlikely that awakening Would be used in such a key way in a stormlight book. But it's possible Odium has all the pieces he needs or at the very least he can easily acquire any pieces he doesn't have.

    I see well I like your spider climb idea. I know it doesn't work for the night's radiance but perhaps it could still work for a fused. There's still a lot we don't understand about their passives mean look at the pursuer. Alternatively maybe his passive could be a regular lashing But as long as they keep touching the object they don't use void light. They Could specialize in grappling and restraining people Honestly this should be a question someone should ask Brandon Sanderson. Actually any questions about their passives and how they work would be nice.

    I understand that but I can't reconcile it with oathbringer, what Would be the point of all that character Building with him growing to connect with the Spren of his sword, If hes just going to abandon that entire plot line in favor of becoming odiums champion. He also has no reason to, True hes upset at his father but he hasn't actually defied him. Things are not that bad between them. I maintain that the Best answer Is his elder brother in the body of his Grandson. I also have a theory about it being his dead wife or at least an awake in creature created from her Dead body. However I am self aware enough to realize that this is unlikely.

    I'm not sure but I think that odium is a shard that is very hard to control the former odium had trouble do it and cultivation put todium through years of training to prepare him, even then his first reaction was to start smiting people. If his home was threatened, his precious home that he almost sold the world for , Then I could easily see him losing it to odium's passionate side And just destroying everything that could possibly harm his home, which would probably most of the roshar that isn't his home. This fits thematically As well one of the complaints I have about odium was we haven't really seen him Really do any odium stuff, For a God of hatred He's done Far less smiting than I expected. It Would fit theomatically for him to really cut loose And finally live up to his name.
