main plot The Metamorphosis: Rise of Villainry
Sorana replied to Lord Meeker's topic in The Alleyverse
Althea nodded at the newcomer ( @Kaladin78) curtly, keeping her attention mostly on Sephtis. "And who are you?" she asked him and searched her mind for something that would tell her if he belonged to them as well. Nothing, she'd never met him before.- 571 replies

Sorana replied to Lord Meeker's topic in The Alleyverse
"Depends on what you need, I guess. Principally I'm not against helping someone." Althea raised an eyebrow, although he wouldn't be able to see it behind her sunglasses.- 571 replies

main plot The Metamorphosis: Rise of Villainry
Sorana replied to Lord Meeker's topic in The Alleyverse
"I'm Althea. I am working down there." she gestured towards the city and slowly inhaled some stormlight when he handled his weapon like that. "I guess, I just wanted to say hello." She smiled at Mr Amber. "And hello to you too."- 571 replies

main plot The Metamorphosis: Rise of Villainry
Sorana replied to Lord Meeker's topic in The Alleyverse
Althea followed her feeling and left Shadesmar somewhere outside of the Alleycity. Something was about to happen. She knew it, knew it without knowing why she had this feeling. She looked around and saw a lone man sitting under a tree. For a moment she observed him, wondered if he was the reason and then shrugged. "Let's take a look who that is." she told Brashen and then walked over to him. "Good day to you. May I ask who you are?" @Mraize- 571 replies

Damaya handed the captain a spanreed and kept the other one for herself. She didn't plan to get stuck somewhere on these islands without a way back. Some sailors rowed them ( @Cyanic @Gancho Libre) over and then she stood at the beach. It smelled like the ocean, and the sun was shining. Damaya smiled when she knelt down and touched the blue water with her hand. The ocean, it was endless, eternal and it was beautiful. She looked around and saw a strange woman. She hesitated for a moment and then walked over. "Hi. I'm Damaya. Do you know where we are?" @AxeliustheGrizzled

Hello and welcome to the shard! You can always head over to the community section and start posting there, or maybe the general Brandon discussion, is also not that bad a place to start. And of course you definitly should check out the Alleyverse (the FFRP @I think I am here.) mentioned. We are always happy over new participants!

I would choose Sorana ^^ Because Sorana is the name of my eldest (still living) RP Character and she means a lot to me. This year I almost reached the 200 played days (meaning full days like 24h) with her, and when I think about it, that's kind of crazy. Not in one year of course, but in total. Add to that the days I only played half... I definitly respond to that name, as fast as I would to my given name, and I guess that wouldn't hurt with a callsign. I'm not sure if it's too long though, but while reading Skyward I always felt, most of the names they chose were to complicated and too long to really use, so maybe I'd go with Rana. No heroic name for me. Sorana is enough. @I think I am here. and yours?

"It's great." She replied to Araha and smiled at her. It was good to see her better, to see her friend laughing again. And yet she couldn't help but remember the woman. Time, she needed time and everything would be alright again. Damaya watched as the continent slowly disappeared. All of her friends, who had wanted to, were coming with her, on an expedition. She still felt slightly dizzy at the thought, that they were really coming with her, that they had decided to follow her on this. But it felt great. She stood there watching as the coast got smaller and smaller, smelled the scent of the ocean and with a sigh pushed away everything that had happened. She'd look forward first and then, when she felt strong enough look backward again.

Yes you have to buy it, but it's not that expensive, since it's old. You don't play in a browser, you have to install it. You can get it on steam, or origin (that's the steam alternative by EA). Age of empires is really cool, but a completely different kind of game than Mass Effect. Jedi Knight is more similar. If you liked Age of Empires, you could take a look at Warcraft or Command and Conquer. But I'm stuck a bit with older games, since I don't have that much time to play anymore and my computer slowly reached the end of what I can useful play. I'm thinking about updating its hardware, but I'm not sure yet if I should do it, and if yes what and how much I want to spend. So if you're looking for something new I'm out.

What kind of game are you looking for? Something strategy based, or with roleplay elements? Do you have any ideas what kind of game you would like to play? Apart from that: I definitly can recommend the Mass Effect Triology. It's a shooter (but you can be really bad at a shooter still have fun) and you have lots of great characters to interact with and the story is fantastic. Your decisions shape what will happen and while some are black and white, some are really hard from a moral perspective. And the games don't need a high end gaming computer to run.

It's from a game (Mass Effect). Every seventh of november (N7) is called N7 day and this year some mod updates are released. There were also some special events/ ranks/ items in multiplayer that you could only acquire then. But since EA is knee-deep in the development of their next game, this N7 day will be quiet from their side. So I think that counts as not important information, except for the fans.

Damaya walked down to the harbour and looked around, searching for someone she could hire. It took her a while, not every captain was willing to take the risk of such a long journey, but in the end the crysts she had taken from the house convinced an older man, that seemed to be respectable to her. He was willing to take her friends as well, and so she paid him more, than was due, but she didn't really care about the money. In the end is wasn't really her own and leaving for a while was worth any price. @Gancho Libre

Lena shot Gonev a last smile and then walked along the hallway in the direction of the room where Ina should be. She stopped once, pretended to check her shoe when she heard two nurses talking about a room upstaris where they made most of their potions and also kept a larger storage, then she headed on and finally opened the door. Inside the air smelled like sickness and decay and not even the braziers burning incense could do something against that. For a moment she contemplated to leave again, but since she had told the clerk at the entrance, that she was here so visit something, she needed to pretend to do so. Thankfully the room wasn't too full, a few beds were still free. A nurse was here, looking at her suspiciously, but once Lena gestured to one of the ill that were sleeping, and hopefully wouldn't wake soon she looked away. Lena sat down next to the bed of an old man and starting couting. She made no move to wake, but she made sure to twitch his blanket a bit around and pretend to be deeply moved by seeing him like this. She continued to count.

Surprised Damaya looked over at Pry and then nodded. "I don't know what is needed on that expedition, I've never been on one. But I felt like it would be a good place to go. So I think we see what they will need and how we can help. I can a boat to take us there." She turned around, waited for them to come, so that she could close the front door. She made sure to stop by Araha and tell her, that she was ready to leave. "Let's go?" @Gancho Libre @Cyanic

Yes you did.
