I believe it should be that they get a say if they wish before the vote, then the people can vote.

I just think it would be fun. Maybe ambassadors instead, but either way, non Alleyverse sounds cool to add, very much like foreign representatives. Maybe Potency for all PM rps, as she is in most and not an Alleyverse members.

Hey, idea. We could get a non-Alleyverse member special seats from other RPs, just to have a cool mechanic. One who is only Reckoners, one from SE, etc. I really like the idea now...
