  1. So I’ve got to go to work in a minute, and while there, I’ll probbaly only be able to occasionally view the thread, but I’ll try to post if I get a break. For now though, just a couple things: CadCom, you mentioned that Itiah could’ve given me his last bead of atium, but he was lynched and I was scanned last night, I presume. So it’d have been after he used his last bead to convert. Seeker scans so far: N1: CadCom, N2: Fura, N3: Karn, N4: Maill. So far all village roles. We should be able to trust completely all of the scans from N4 on, unless as Fura mentioned, the Seeker was converted. That makes me more likely to trust Karn and Fura, but only a bit, since they’d be good conversion options. I want to make sure we have another good lynch and there aren’t many votes right now. Since I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get on much, I’ll put my vote on Rath since he’s in my top couple of suspicions as of now and the only one from there with a vote.
  2. Oh, yeah, that’s good to know. I didn’t catch that at first either. Sorry, I didn’t explain that super well. I meant that I’m looking at those who have been active enough to participate in discussion but remain on the fringes and disappear for the most part, if that makes sense. If it doesn’t make sense, I’ll try again another time to explain what I mean.
  3. I just got my leather bound copy of Mistborn that I won in a giveaway! It’s beautiful and I love it!!
  4. I don't normally do this, but I want to consolidate my thoughts, at least for myself. 3. Araris Valerian (Ookla the Inherited) Araris I typically read as evil, even when he's not. Knowing that bias, I don't want to overcorrect either. Honestly, probably a bit of a village read. 6. Ookla the Lumgol (AKA Lumgol) (Teraval) Like Fura, definitely lean village here. One of my strongest reads. 7. Coop772 (Ihcnoux) Hasn't been super active, but I have a general good feeling. Strong village lean. 8. Ookla the Ring (AKA Karnatheon) (Bessum) Um, hasn't said much at all. Didn't vote Itiah, so red flag, but PMs seemed legit. That's all I've got. Neutral read. 9. Ookla the Gambler (AKA Nohadon) (Velrond Tarot) Um, nonexistent, doesn't count. 10. Amanuensis (Xemalun Renaud) Now that I understand why he was busy this whole time, I'm not seeing the change in behavior as related to a conversion. Haven't yet decided on Aman. Followed my vote for meta reasons, which is kinda weird, but is kinda Aman too. I'm going to wait for more data first. 11. Ookla the Duck (AKA Cadmium Compounder) (Palessi) Still not sure about this one. Voting patterns are consistent with village, but gut reads say he's off. Probably lean towards a late convert if he's evil. 12. Ookla the Libre (AKA Gancho Libre) (Erbil Ohcnag) As I look back over his actions, he's pretty clearly village to me. I don't want to give any 100% indicators, but if I did, probably Gancho. 13. Rathmaskal (Lord Flamingo) Love to see him around more. Honestly at a neutral level. Probably elim lean just because of the floating activity level seems ideal. 15. Ookla the Skeptical (AKA Snipexe) (Snipexe) Not sure now that it seems it was all a mistake. Nothing bad really happened, it seems, but my initial read was still off. I could see Snipe and Itiah organizing a gambit with the PM thing to detach themselves from each other, but didn't expect it to go as bad as it did, and once it did, they decided Snipe was worth more than Itiah. Maybe? 16. Jondesu (Remart) One of my highest suspicions after disappearing after almost getting lynched. Also has an activity level that seems to fit our traitors. 17. STINK (Flans Mastic) Nothing. 19. Furamirionind (Furamirionind) Super village lean, but if I'm realistic, could've been one of the last conversions. I've decided to trust him though until I see not to. That compiled, I'd put Jon, Rath/Snipe, and Karn/Aman as my best ideas for traitors. I'll likely end up voting for one of them until more information is brought up.
  5. Devotary is dead and was an Obligator Smoker.
  6. Great! I can't say I'm disappointed we didn't lynch Snipe then! Concerning Snipe, I'm not entirely sure what I think. That last post has got me going back and forth and I'm not entirely sure. I'm going to be keeping an eye on him, but I also want to see who's been hard pressing the Itiah lynches since that'll point us in a good direction.
  7. Hey, just because we voted for you does not mean we’re eliminators. I definitely didn’t intend for my post to come off as aggressive or anything like that, so I apologize if it did. You’re just the best suspicion I’ve had all game. But ultimately these games are about having fun, not winning at any cost.
  8. I agree with Rath. Finally we’re having a productive voting day! Snipe, what do you mean we’ve never been in PMs? We definitely have a PM together... I actually never claimed Seeker. I claimed Soother, but then I decided I wanted to play this game more honestly and I revealed publicly. I’m still not against Itiah being evil. I’m just not sure if Snipexe is also evil or if it’s one or the other. I’m still unsure why either would lie about this situation, but this is the best I’ve got so far.
  9. Alright, storm it. Maill. This may get me killed, but I’m going to vote for who I’m actually suspicious of and if I die, I hope it helps further the search. Snipexe. Your PMs have gotten more and more off and I’m not convinced you’re evil, but it’s the best lead I’ve got.
  10. It involves your role claim, so I didn't share it publicly. If you want me to, I can.
  11. My thoughts on the Itiah lynch: If Itiah is the traitor We caused one bead to be removed by the lynch If he had 3 beads of Atium, he's at 2 He probably would've started using at least one early on in the game, if not both. If he had 3, my opinion is that he's out If he had 4 beads, he's at 3 He probably used at least one, probably 2, before the lynch He probably used it to convert last night or to survive the coinshot either way, probably out of Atium In my opinion, if he is the traitor, he is likely out of atium at this point. Meaning yes he can die this lynch, but also that he specifically isn't much of a threat on his own, but those he converted with roles are. If Itiah is not the traitor He's a Thug He will die this turn if lynchched, and he could be either village or converted. He's a lurcher who lurched himself(this could be a misunderstanding on my part of the rules, it may not be possible to do this) He lurched himself again and won't die from this lynch either. Overall, my thoughts on Itiah are that he's suspicious, but that he's not much of a threat. However it falls, unless he is the traitor and had 5 beads of atium(which would be ridiculous), he probably can't do much harm. I'm not opposed to lynching him, but want to see what the other options are too. My other thoughts for a lynch: Jondesu. What happened to all those who were voting on Jon last cycle for being suspicious, though I didn't necessarily agree, and now aren't even looking at him? Snipexe. From my PMs with Snipe, I'm losing trust in him. His messages have been off-putting and one specific plan requires either him or Itiah to be lying because it didn't happen the way it was supposed to. The way Snipe reacted to it, I'd be more convinced of Snipe lying about this than Itiah. Itiah, village or not, would have no reason to lie. CadCom. Still mild suspicion, I'd be on board with a lynch there. Aman. Uncharacteristically quiet this game, only really popping on to make little comments. I'd also be on board with lynching Coop, Nohadon, or Stink, since I'm not fully convinced we don't have an inactive or lurking traitor. It's legit, Alv. That's why it works. I'm still willing to lynch myself(which is why I haven't switched my vote), if that's what enough people really think is best for us. I'd rather lynch a person that someone has suspicions on for things that happened after D1.
  12. Exactly. I held off from using it early game because I’d rather we not talk only about my weird tactics and use that to lynch me again. But without much communication in this game, I tried many tactics and gambits to get people talking. Apparently this one worked, though the discussion isn’t exactly what I wanted. But fine. I see that you won’t believe me till I’m dead. Karn. Maill. This is not the best way to help us since we’re losing more and more of the active players but if you believe this’ll help, my life is ultimately worth less than the village.
  13. Haven’t we played a game together before?
  14. Ah. In that case, Stink. Karn, how about you? What suspicions do you have?
  15. So, we, assuming 4 atium beads max, have a max of 4 eliminators now. If Itiah is the traitor, then there shouldn't be the possibility of any more converts, since the lynch would've taken one of the beads. If not, then there could still be the possibility of one more conversion. That puts us with at least 8 more players than the eliminators, though a good portion are inactive. I totally expected this. I assume you mean that my role is very valuable to the traitor, not Obligator, since we are all Obligators? If so, yes, I agree. Though I maintain that, because of my public announcing of my role, the traitor has chosen to avoid me, presumably because of this very thing. Alv, thank you for the compliment! It means a lot from you. I haven't killed you because I can't have killed you. I haven't bothered to send in any actions this game, since Smoking others doesn't seem like a help and I'd like to keep my votes where they are. I'd suggest we look at those cleared from the first couple cycles, as CadCom's clearing means nothing and Fura could then have been chosen for a conversion after the reveal. I personally have more suspicion of CadCom of the two, though after realizing his jumping on Itiah's lynch was probably to stay alive, it has lessened. I have this problem with always thinking Araris is evil, even when he's not, so I don't really want to act on that. Alv, I can't read, so I'll avoid that for now. Though we may want to lynch him to be safe in a couple days if we haven't found the traitors. Itiah's thug claim rings a bit less true to me, since one player very openly came to me claiming that same role earlier on in the game, which I think is a very village thing to do, not a traitor tactic. I know that there can be multiple of each role, so Itiah's on the backburner in my mind. I'd prefer not to waste the lynch on them, letting the Coinshot take care of it, but we may not be able to leave it up to them. Lumgol rings honest to me. Coop, much the same, though if we have a less active traitor, they may be them. Karn, I haven't heard from in a while, nothing there. Nohadon hasn't said anything in days, so I'd suggest him for a Coinshot after Itiah if we have one. Aman hasn't said much of anything, but he is in another game. I'm wondering if he has any suspicions now, since we likely have a full eliminator team by this point. Gancho seems a bit off to me, but that may be just a difference in play style from what I'm used to. Rath, I've still got that bit of a gut feeling nagging at me, but no longer strong enough to push for a lynch there. Snipe hasn't really said anything either, so I'd encourage him to share his thoughts. Jon, apparently a few people suspect, but I can't entirely see why. Stink hasn't said anything really either. Wow. Today I'd probably actually push for a lynch on one of the less active players, considering that no one really stands out to me and I think a traitor that has been lurking and sending orders but not posting would be very liklely this game. So I'd lean towards Stink, Jon, Snipe, Aman, Karn, or Coop. Sorry this is super long. @STINK How you doing, buddy?
  16. @Gancho Libre Perfect, thank you. So the scan isn’t entirely helpful. @Ookla the Lumgol What about yours? @Rathmaskal I couldn’t explain it the first two days. Just something seemed off, but after I talked to you a bit more in PMs, I’m not as suspicious. But I’m struggling with suspicions this game. I’m really grasping for what I can.
  17. Sorry, I meant more of if the PM said when CadCom had been scanned.
  18. Sorry I didnt explain it well. Just the switch to Guac seemed really sudden to me. I see that the original reasoning for voting on Guac makes sense enough that I believe someone would be suspicious for that. I don’t know if it makes enough sense for a lynch train to start though. I guess you probably were voting on them at least partially to save yourself which makes a bit more sense now that I think about it.
  19. Sorry, I mean to tag @Ookla the Lumgol instead of CadCom, got the messages mixed up in my mind. And woah, now we’ve got a lynch train going. I’m not really sure where this entirely came from but I do see the reasoning behind it. I don’t agree enough to join it, and I am definitely more suspicious of CadCom now. I’d especially like to hear from Gancho if he knows when the scan took place? If it was N2 as well, I’ll probsvly remove my vote. If N1, I’m going to stick to it. Araris.
  20. @Ookla the Duck @Ookla the Libre Do these messages have any kind of time frame given about when these people were scanned? It would help to know if they were scanned N1, when everyone but the Seer would’ve come back clear, or N2.
  21. Araris. There you go. For reasons in my first post. I'm struggling to find any good reasons so far aside from roles I know are not the Seer, so I'll go with this for now.
  22. That. That is why I did it. I'm also all about sharing information with people you trust, and taking that risk. I fully recognize that there is a risk, possibly a huge one, but if it's fun and you have some trust, I think it's worth it, since the eliminators are already working together as a team and the village needs to too to win. I believe Straw said that there'd be no differentiation between kills, which is the problem with Thugs revealing.
  23. Alright, I should be back in full swing again. I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in the lynch on Walin. I am all on board with discouraging inactivity, but I also don't think lynching them has a whole lot of use, coinshots are usually the better way to take care of them, in my opinion. Granted, in this game, there is still the possibility of an inactive Seer, so it wasn't all bad. Onto this cycle, I agree with Alv completely. We need to move forward and something's gotta shake this game up. Apparently my public role reveal day one wasn't enough to get much discussion going, so these result reveals are even more important. Honestly, my best lead is the vote manipulation yesterday. We know now that at least one of the following is not a Smoker: Araris, Alv, Lumgol, Snipexe. If no one is claiming what happened with that manipulation, I'm going to start there. Due to PMs, I believe Lumgol and Snipexe are villagers. Araris and Alv, I have no idea. I have the hardest time reading those two. But I'll probably end up voting for one of them or for one of my other top suspicions(though there isn't much reasoning behind them), CadCom or Rath.
  24. Just wanted to let you all know that I’m not sure how active I’ll be till the end of the night turn. I may still be plenty active, but I also might not be at all. Just a heads up. Again, we definitely need a lynch today, or at bare minimum, a real discussion about one.
  25. There have been only a couple players inactive enough in thread to have possibly been too inactive to send a conversion action in and I think that all of them were active on the site at least at some point during the cycle even if they didn't post. It's safer to assume a conversion happened and it's now 2-16 here. Does anyone have any suspicions? I've shared mine and will vote for Rath tentatively for now. We definitely need a lynch today to be able to start to catch the traitor.
