    In the MBI RP, which I haven't actually been to for a while, we had the same idea. There was an Arena subforum where we could duel other characters completely separate from continuity as well as create "badass loner Coinshots" as they called it. We already have that aspect kinda covered in Astoria though.

    A Möbius loop setting could be cool and would tie it in loosely with the rest of the RP.

    Well, since this is just a tutorial type thing, they wouldn't have to be. They could just come back to life in a separate type of continuity. Like in a video game how you respawn when you die.

    I like the Hunger Games style idea. It'd also be fun to have some decently powerful Epics that were permanent "Gresham"(for lack of a better name so far) residents for new players to see how their Epic could fare against some others. The permanents could resurrect after each kill and come back for another fight. Like a video game. I'd be up for one of those characters.

    Yeah, like Voidus said, all of the four main Connell Epics will be dead by the next post. The Destructors also wouldn't take well to any newcomers and just do as they please in the city for a few days before their last destruction and then they move on. So this "tutorial" Gresham would be a bit of a prequel to Astoria or some thing different?

    Voidus, to answer your question from the other Question: I'm not sure I have much time today to write up a post for Edgerunner, so feel free to go ahead and do it if you want. Emma will just follow Lucy to the Ice pillar thing. Electro isn't one to let a dinosaur fall on him.

    Were Electro in the Dalles, he'd definitely be on board with shaving pandas. And mutilating them, but we'll keep that in the dark corners of a Portland. Very dark corners. Ones I can't even see into.

    Magic Treehouse? That was my childhood. Mine too. Only now that I'm seeing it again as an adult, I'm realizing what low standards I had as a kid. Very true. I lost interest once I started reading real fantasy books. (actually, even those weren't all that great. )
