    Didn't you say that his forcefields can push through skin? So wouldn't that kill Crush? Especially when he's smashed between two of them going incredibly fast, since the faster he moves, the faster he is propelled, which moves him faster in an endless loop.

    I have a question. It's been a while since I read Firefight and I can't quite remember: how does Prof( and Crush) use them to fly? Does he run across them or what? Smasher can jump and then have his fields expand rapidly, pushing his feet. Jag can also use that. Frequency was one of Koscei's supporters who worshipped him as a deity. After Koschei's death, Freq fled the Dalles. Now, he's back, with some help from NPCs, to take back the town. That it is.

    So Astoria is definitely not the place for him. I think Corvallis or the Dalles is the best. Probably the second. That's actually quite the opposite of Smasher's. His are blue, these are orange. Smasher can expand and contract them, but not move them. These are the opposite.

    Good. Now to make sure Edgedancer knows. Exactly. She'd have a hard time giving someone that kind of power over her again. Would he require Edgerunner to share hers? She wouldn't want to, but she'd tell him as long as he promised to not tell anyone that wasn't necessary. So it appears that one liners with simple answers are much more likely to be answered. I just asked a follow up.

    Nope. I refuse to believe that. Nighthound is no more capable of producing a child than Sazed, I'm declaring that right now. She'd know everything, or most of it, of Emma's past, but not the details of her weakness. Unless Vondra told her of course.

She wouldn't have been talking about the blindfolds specifically. But, like in Steelheart, he could probably pick a few of the most likely things and try them all. Welcome back, Fatebreaker!
