    Raoden's attacks take too much time. He has to draw complex Aons while being attacked by a man in Plate. I give this to Dalinar and Marsh, easy. If you added Wayne and Kelsier to Team 2, then I'd change my opinion.

    that's a good plan, if I had had that, I would've pulled it out. That is a great plan. he'll never be able to surprise you. I think we've had our fill of evil Epics, so the vanillas are all good. I do know of one that there are plans for him to become evil. It would be interesting to see an evil vanilla who's the equivalent of one of the rich humans in Newcago. That's a really interesting question and if I had heard it yesterday, I might've asked. Did Brandon leave too? I can't remember.

    If I had known in advance. I would've for sure had at least three or four questions ready. If I had asked that, I'd give you permission to rip out my hair. I'm just disappointed that I didn't even ask something like "tell me something about Night Sorrow's powers".

    I always saw people say things like that in topics about signings and I never understood until today what that's like. Even the simple ones about Night's Sorrow and West Coast Epics slipped my mind.

    Thanks. And of course, you're probably much better at asking questions. I was just super surprised, but if I had been planning on it, I'd have made sure to have a couple ready. Oh, and of course, as soon as I left, I thought of multiple. I tweeted him, thanking him, hoping for a reply so I could innocently ask if he'd answer my questions now.

    i need to send Flashpoint to the arms dealer, but do you guys think that'd be better in the morning? Wow. Creepy and perfect. And apparently worth 6 upvotes. Something awesome happened today that I have to share with you guys! So I'm the Editor-in-Chief of my school newspaper/magazine and for a final gift, my adviser and assistant editor arranged for Brandon himself to come to my school and sign a copy of WoR for me and talk with me for ten minutes or so! It was the coolest moment of my life! The bad news is that when he asked if I had any questions, I was still surprised and shocked at seeing him that everything went blank. I couldn't remember a single question from the FUNTIMES list or any of my own. I'm a bit disappointed about that, but it was still really cool!

    Hahha he definitely would. It was totally an accident too. But then it reminded me of a character on Arrow and it just seemed to fit Emma perfectly. Thanks.

    Ethan turned towards Emma, then turned away. He replied testily, “Helping,” still looking at the charred camp. Ethan was not in a good mood. Emma was worried. He closed his eyes and she felt trickles of fear fill her chest. Ty had closed his eyes before he got angry. Emma still feared closing her own eyes for long. Good things never happened when she closed her eyes. Frostfire noted Emma landing behind him. She stood out to his perceptions, sharply defined and glowing like fire. Epics were always easy to pick out. She walked up to him and put a hand on his arm. “Ethan, what are you doing?” He turned towards her, catching a little flicker of fear on her face; almost like recognition. Ethan could feel his anger start to fade almost immediately. Frostfire turned away. He didn’t want to calm down, didn’t want to look at things clearly. Rage lent him strength, and he would need everything he could get. “Helping,” he snapped, still pointedly looking away. I failed these people once. It’s not going to happen again. Frowning in concentration, he closed his eyes, questing out with his senses. The world sharpened further still, currents in the air; faint patches of heat becoming visible. Frostfire could see Emma’s breath as a faint glow against the background. Shifting his focus further out, towards the edge of the clearing, he started searching. Broken branches, disturbances in the air, anything that would tell him where the pandas came from. There. Trampled underbrush, and a slight swirl of air, warmed just fractionally by the passage of several large beasts. Opening his eyes again, he started walking, every step causing the ground to crack and heave with frost. Frostfire directed a few words to Emma, still looking away. “These beasts slaughtered people under my protection. It’s my duty to avenge them, and I’m not stopping until every last one of those ursine slontzes are dead. You can come with, or stay behind. Just don’t get in my way.” Ethan's eyes snapped open and Emma drew a sharp breath, steeling herself for a hit. But it never came. Ethan walked away, determined to do something. Frost spread every step he took. “These beasts slaughtered people under my protection. It’s my duty to avenge them, and I’m not stopping until every last one of those ursine slontzes are dead. You can come with, or stay behind. Just don’t get in my way.” Ethan seemed like an entirely different person now. He was angry and vengeful. Emma jogged a bit to catch up. "I'm coming with you Ethan, but wait. You can't go and kill all the pandas; they'll overwhelm you. They have armies of every kind of animal you can imagine. You're strong, but not perfect." She pleaded, "Let's go back to the Dalles and get a drink. We can have a nice meal and a good place to sleep." She flushed. "I mean, you'll have a good place to sleep and so will I. Separate places." She continued to blush at her faux pas. "Please, Ethan. Let's go back. We can worry about the pandas later when we have the city's resources to back us up." Emma hoped this worked. This new, angry Ethan was not one she wanted to be with. She didn't want to fight any more. Not today. She had killed enough pandas for a lifetime.

    When I was writing that segment, I wrote something and only after finishing that paragraph did I realize the awkwardness of it. I decided to keep it in anyways and I think it actually helped. Keep that in mind when you read it. Never discard accidental writing, I learned.

    No Edgerunner? Me too, actually. I liked seeing her setup. Much worse. You guys should be getting the next installment of Emma and Ethan's Adventures away from the Dalles tonight. It includes segments like "In Which Emma makes an accidentally awkward faux pas" and more backstory.
