    Welcome to Shard! You should be pleased to know that you have gotten farther than some people who put it down after page 22. Definitely be careful with what you read since there are loads of spoilers floating around. Also, don’t accept any cookies unless they’re certified Hemalurgy-free. (It’s a Mistborn reference that comes up a lot)

    Not again. Mejin thought frustrated. She wasn’t sure why it was, but lately she’d been giving off a ‘don’t talk to me’ feeling to people. Except she did like talking. Just to prove it wrong, she got up and sat back down at a table with people. If she couldn’t be social, she at least could look it.

    Outside Pry looked around for something to do. There were a few people dealing with corpses down below. They appeared to be removing armor from the dead bodies. Swallowing down her queasiness, Pry went over and started to help.

    Pry yawned and rubbed her eyes. Storms! She thought thinking back to the previous night. Did all that really happen? Looking around confirmed her suspicions. Yep. She’d used the random woman’s bed. That was awkward. She slid off the bed and changed into clean clothing she had with her. Probably wasn’t actually clean, but at least they were fresh. Then she remade the sheets. Being neat wouldn’t kill her. Tying back her hair, she exited the room and headed down the hall.
