  1. “Feel free, good sir. I never discuss business without some chocolate, would you like some?” Reaching into his suit, Mr Amber pulled out a small bag. “My name is Mr Amber. What is yours?”
  2. Mr Amber watched the giant snake explode in with some annoyance. This is getting bothersome. He thought. With all the powerful entities in the room, it would be taken care of soon, and the damage would probably be Soulcast away. It simply wasn’t worth revealing his secret for, so he calmly walked to a nearby chair and sat down, waving over one of the waiters for some hot chocolate. Since this was a Ghostblood ball, the waiters were specially trained to continue serving people drinks and food even when fighting or massive explosions occurred. In fact, some of the best stuff was brought out during said fights or explosions to help maximize viewers entertainment.
  3. It noted the change of posture. And It grinned at that. A sword. How pathetic. "They refer to me as It. A simple title, for a not so simple creature. I have fought the greatest warrior of the first era, and I nearly one. I killed many in my thirst for blood. I stabbed Harmony. But It will do. It will do just fine...: “It. That name hides much mystery. And also fear. Treat it well.” “Yes? Oh, of course. Please do.”
  4. “Yes I am indeed.” Mr Amber replied. “Are you? And I don’t believe I know your name.” He shifted his can from his left hand into both hands clasped in front of him. He still looked relaxed and polite, but now he was ready to draw the sword concealed within it at a moments notice.
  5. A black Glass car pulled up outside and Mr Amber got out. Walking up to the entrance he handed the sergeant there his invitation and a small piece of chocolate. ”Mr Amber. Ghostblood Specialist.” THe servant announced. Walking into the building Mr Amber grinned, Ski was somewhere else and hopefully didn’t get invited, so he could finally work as a Ghostblood again.
  6. I am nervous about it, but also I figure that they can’t do worse then the movie, and the original creators are the ones making it, so there’s hope.
  7. I lost. It’s been 3 years since I lost. Curse you @Inklingspren
  8. Well you can’t exactly blame me for instantly think of that quote when I saw “Hello there”
  9. “Hello There” — @mateuszmichi/Obi-won Kenobi “General Kenobi.” — @Life&Death/General Grevious In all seriousness, welcome to the Shard!!
  10. Not exactly on topic, but similar enough.
  11. Nothing very powerful, I have a list somewhere that I take ideas from and show you all. The only tech I’ve shown is a ring that changes something’s color for 3.5 minutes.
  12. I'm planning on adding some info to Mr Amber's character, but I want to hear how you guys think of this. Would anyone be against him having a collection of epic technology and a few blood forged lenses, among other things?
  13. "No you can practice it, in fact, I might be able to help you reach Shadesmar to help." Turning back to Araha he spoke. "Yes, feel free to keep that. practice with it and then I can show you some of my few bigger pieces of technology."
  14. “No, the ring does not require any fuel source. It doesn’t follow any cosmere rules which makes it powerful in that regard. Unfortunately, technology that grant more dangerous abilities are much more complex and harder to make.” @Cyanic ”Soulcasting is the more dangerous ability of Lightweavers. You must offer objects Stormlight and give them a reason to change. It requires practice, and it is easiest to practice in Shadesmar.” @Sorana
  15. Mr Amber stood still, looking out over the mountains. "Illusions are difficult to make, you must keep the image or sound in your mind very clearly otherwise it will not take affect. This is why being an artist usually helps lightweavers create illusions, as it gives them experience with putting a mental image into the real world." He fell silent again, thinking. "The fact that your illusions are tied to memories is interesting. My guess would be that either you just don't have enough practice, or that something about those memories needs to be resolved. Practice will help, but I suggest visiting the people or locations that those memories hold, and finishing what unfinished business you have." Turning, Mr Amber opened his briefcase and pulled out a small ring. "You said you wanted to know about epic technology correct?" He said, addressing Araha. "This is one such piece. A relatively weak power, but fun to play with anyway. It can change the color of any object for 3.5 minutes." He tossed the ring to her. "Practice with that, and then we can move on to bigger technology. It takes practice to learn how to even activate these powers."
  16. Hello! Do you like chocolate?
  17. “Alright, then let’s go to the training grounds and we can begin.” Mr Amber grabbed his briefcase and the tray of chocolate and walked outside. @Sorana @Cyanic
