  1. OOOH I get it. Striker presumably used the threnody protect once already. Meaning even though he wasn't attacked, the second time he used the protect, he died along with the attacker. Wow I misread that in the rules. I'll try to do a good analysis later.
  2. @The Unknown Medallion With a tineye dead, just want to confirm, can we still communicate in PMs? (To those who are alive at least) @|TJ| who did you target? I have my suspicions but it doesn't make sense, unless you didn't trust the rest of the elim team I'll join the Verdance train too for now.
  3. Ehh. Lettuce kit Kat. No one joined me on my lettuce exe.
  4. As for the questions for me, The current game state is one of confusion. I see it as at least 3 different village sectors competing against each other. At least one, possibly all 3 have elim influence. 1. Meta elims voted for elim victory. Kill elims. 2. We don't know how elims voted. Try to kill meta elims in pseudo game so that they have less power. 3. Meta elims want village victory. Kill village. Why do we thinks meta elims voted on elim victory? I honestly don't know. I'm relying a bit on Myst's interpretation since he's cleared. I hope to do my own analysis and form my own opinion during the next 48 hours. As for the vote on KitKat, I believe that train has something to do with KitKat protecting Myst the cycle must survived the exe through not reaching the meta vote threshold, which occurred due to vote manipulation. I read it either as a village trying to protect someone they see as village or a elim trying to prolong and raise suspicion at another villager. So the vote against KitKat here wouldn't flip their role in the Meta game, but It would stop them from using their pseudo game power to influence the Meta game.
  5. I see, heard. Personally, I still disagree lol I don't really see why one of the two games has to be devalued just because there's an aspect that interacts with the other game's outcome Then again, I don't have full context since I haven't yet read the other side of the game The way I see it is the meta village wants to throw the pseudo game in the opposite way from how the meta elims want to throw the pseudo game. It's not that the pseudo game doesn't matter, it's just that it matters for different reasons than normal. Plus normally throwing a game can get us banned from SE so for at least somebody, it's a once in a lifetime opportunity. We just don't know who has that opportunity I also think it fits with the lore of the story behind the game within a game. If we let the sentient roleplay characters win the game, we make it harder for us to find and root them out of the server. As for my exe vote, If we think TJ and Lettuce are the known pseudo elims, should we be voting for one of them, assuming we think the meta elims voted on an elimination victory? (Do we know Lettuces role? Has that been shared?) I really need to do my own analysis on that. I think Myst is leaning that way, but at least one other person (araris? Maybe?) is leaning that they bet on a pseudo village victory. I suppose that analysis will be easier after we get an anonymous coinshots kill at the very least, but a meta-elim flip would be even more desirable. I'll be back on shortly before rollover to read any responses and reconsider my vote.
  6. @The Unknown Medallion @Through the living Wahr@Jo and the Bush
  7. Ok. So far, Hoid, Striker, and Araris have all asked if we could, or directly voted for Coco. Oddly enough that gives me townread on all of them. Since COCO IS DEAD HERE. I would think the M!Elims would know that by now and be a bit more coordinated. Even though I have leaned a bit more town on Striker, they're still in my Neutral zone, so I don't know how I feel about voting KitKat, right now. @gms @Through the living Wahr @The Unknown Medallion Maybe this was in the rules but I missed it, but after a pseudo-elim is killed in the pseudo-game, do they still have access to the pseudo-elim doc? and can they still comment in it? Maybe @Hoid Slayer or @xinoehp512 could answer that question since you were both pseudo-killed? Edit. Can I vote for Coco?
  8. Can you remind me why you're suspicious of Coco, and Kit Kat? I remember Verdance. Coco was largely because they rolechanged into a coinshot IIRC, but what made Coco more suspicious than Hoid in that situation, who also became a coinshot in apparently the same turn?
  9. To be fair, it was 8 or 9 hours before rollover, It just so happened that it was at a time with little activity after it, and after the group had largely already come to a consensus on Myst. I was still hesitant myself, but joined along in favor of not allowing vote manipulations to ruin our attempt at intel. But that's what happened anyways. I think it's based off the reasoning that Myst feels no one is going after elims. I think the argument is valid. I just don't know if I fully believe it. We lynched Hoid last cycle, and Striker, one of the people I suspect of being evil was one of the people that voted. If they had moved their vote to Coco, it would have been 3/2, within the realm of reasonable for a vote manip to affect the results. But We should also address Coco's role change and subsequent Pseudo-death. The way I see it, we can break it into 4 scenarios 1: Coco is Meta Elim, Meta Elims want Village Win 2: Coco is Meta Elim, Meta Elims want Elim win 3. Coco is Meta Village, Meta Elims want Village win 4. Coco is Meta Village, Meta Elims want Elim win. I keep trying to do analysis on each of these 4 scenarios but just end up going into circular logic that I don't like. Does someone else want to give it a go, and I'll tell you if I like it?
  10. I’m not going to focus on the People analysis as much, at least at the beginning, more the public results of what happened. Maybe a bit of what information was shared in the thread. PC1: Xino was Killed. Action later claimed by Myst Flipped PE Coder Dragon Exed: Myst, Hoid, Xino. Flipped PV MC1 Coder Exed:Hoid, Coco, Myst, Mippo, Flipped MV Retiree Mis Fallen was Killed: Thread Controller PC2 Tineye message that Striker is collecting Investiture Myst Exed: (Qian, TJ, Araris, Hopper, Coco.) PV coinshot Verd was Killed PV Tineye PMs are still open, so There is at least one other PTineye. MC2 Hopper was killed MV Roleplayer No Exe, as we didn’t reach the threshold due to vote manip. (5) Myst had 4 votes, Qian, CadCom, Araris, TJ, Mippo. Those that didn’t vote for myst were Myst, Hopper, Hoid, Kit Kat, Verdance, Striker. Xino also had 4 votes Hoid, Myst, KitKat. PC3 It was revealed during the day’s discussion that both Hoid and Coco had role changes making them Coinshots. Hoidslayer was exed.(Coco, Striker, Araris, Kit Kat) PE Coinshot Coco died PV coinshot. MC3 TJ died. MV PseudoIM Myst Exed, (Myst, Qian, Striker, KitKat, Araris, coco, TJ, CadCom) Vanilla MV A bit of analysis surrounding my Summary: I still have icky feelings about the failed exe on Myst on MC2, so that’s where I’m going to go first with my analysis. So I want to look at the progression of votes in that cycle now. Especially since we know that Myst is MV. Quian votes Myst Hopper votes Striker CadCom votes Myst Araris votes Myst TJ votes Myst Hoid votes Xino Myst votes Xino Striker votes Myst Mippo votes Myst Kit_Kat votes Xino Verdance votes Verdance Striker Moves to Verdance My thoughts here are that immediately, Striker is the most suspicious, as their vote single-handedly saved Myst, dragging out the apparently inevitable for an additional cycle, keeping us from moving on to other targets. In addition to that, they reportedly have collected a large amount of investiture or engineered a large amount of investiture to coalesce in someone else. It feels very fishy to me. So on the next Metacycle, I think a Striker @StrikerEZexe is a good option to consider. I’m torn on whether it’s beneficial for the pseudocycle. Feel free to PM me if you want my thoughts there, just know I'm still working them out. Because I'm not certain how I feel about that vote, it's more to stimulate discussion, and it's highly possible I change it as new information is presented to me.
  11. I agreed last cycle that I would make a fairly detailed analysis today (from my perspective) I'll try to include a more neutral summary in it. Working on it now. No promises it happens Today, but for sure this cycle.
  12. With TJ's vote, I believe this makes it 7 to 4. I believe this is outside the realm of a vote manipulation which renders most new information learned to be unhelpful, But just to be safe Coco Myst. I'd rather have a clear winner(or loser), and 8 to 3 seems very difficult to overcome. Even more so than 7 to 4. Even though I Disagree with the choice, as I believe Coco is more informative, and more likely to be Elim.
  13. I can, but not until Monday most likely. Historically, my contributions on weekends are weak. Too busy partying hard.
  14. Well... I'm convinced Verdance Coco
  15. Can't vote for who you vote for until I can confirm if the writeup is a mistake. If it's a mistake, I'll do coco. Until then, probably not.
