  1. Hmmm... you're right. In that case, couldn't Shallan basically give an enemy army radiation sickness?
  2. You know you're a Sandersfan when (just in case) you no longer buy cookies sold in dark alleys.
  3. To create a pocket of silence i think you would have to Lightweave sound so it would act like modern ANC. This seems like too much of a pain to set up. As for the bass... I think it could be done quite easily, but you would have to come up with some wah to defend common soldiers on your side, and possibly the Radiant themselves, depending on how powerful the bass is i.e. would a Radiant be able to heal wounds sustained from it.
  4. Would it be possible to create a bands of mourning style hemalurgic spike, that could simultaneously steal all of a full feruchemist's/mistborn's/fullborn's powers?
  5. Wait, if we spiked a Surgebinder would we be able to take his Nahel bond? Edit: Sorry about the double posting. I'm pretty forgetful.
  6. Then it is very lucky that i heve a half Elantrian cousin. He is not very important cousin, so we can test on him!
  7. So, regarding the iron compounding @MacThorstenson?
  8. I believe that is up to @MacThorstenson, but as far as I know you must first offer someone a cookie.
  9. And if we give them gold compounding, our production rates would skyrocket!
  10. "Gancho, where are your manners? Don't you think the Survivor needs a cookie to sustain all that... surviving?" He walks out into the light, soft whisps of Stormlight rising from his skin, snatching a spike from his friend's hand, sticks it through a cookie, and shoves it in Kelsier's hand. " Come on gancho, don't be afraid. We are simple bakers, and we wish for you to taste our produce. It is a very rude gesture to decline our offering." His friend took a bag of clips out of his bag in agreement. Kelsier nervously nibbled on the cookie. Suddenly his senses were overwhelmed. He could hear each and every tone perfectly, and distinguish them from each other. The colours around him gained a certain depth. His inner monologue was broken by sounds of awe, which were suddenly stilled by the hand of something terrible. "Dammit Lopen, do you know how long it took me to spike a Returned? Now hold still Kelsier, this might give you rebellious thoughts for a second." The man deftly pulled the spike from his arm and shoved it into himself. He then took a second spike from his abdomen and stuck it in the place of the first one, while Kelsier was still shocked by a sudden return of free will, and then it was abruptly seized from him. "See gancho, nothing to worry about. We just got a god as a cookie salesman. Now that's worth losing a few Breaths from that old spike, isn't it?" The man responded only with a proud smirk.
  11. And we could also use this to improve the lerasium rat venture.
  12. That. Is. Positively. Deviously. Genius.
  13. Suddenly, he notices a two armed Herdazian standing in another dark alley. "That was nice gancho, and may I say that that hedgehog look suits your nose. Can I borrow a new spike or two? I saw some potential recruits back there, and I lost all my spiked cookies when fighting a particularly un-sweettoothed iron compounder."
  14. Not yet. I was wondering, if you spike a twinborn who uses the same metal for feruchemy and allomacy, would you steal both of their powers? And also, could we maybe get some iron feruchemy so we can boost our weight to persuade others of our cookies' deliciousness? Or alternatively, take away our excess fat so our cookies look as if they are a health food?
  15. Well then, here’s an upvote @Maelstrom
  16. Hmmmm... you could help us make jalapeño cookies if you joined our plucky little group of scientists, artists, and entrepreneurs...
  17. Did you just assume that I am a child/male/ardent? Also, have a couple of upvotes.
  18. Cool. Once you're done with Mistborn Era 1, I would recommend reading either Era 2 or Warbreaker. So, what about the cookie?
  19. Thank you. I’m quite inexperienced on the 17th shard. So, here’s a question. In a perfect world, where all alleys are dark alleys, do we still sell cookies, or do we share our cookies with our dark alley brothers in exchange for baking and theorizing work? Or will we create a monopoly and then slowly bring up our prices without losing customers because we have reached a level of baking where our cookies are incredibly addictive? Either way, I’m game.
  20. You know what @MacThorstenson this is a spectacular discovery.
  21. And also, I have sold two more cookies.
  22. Which part of baking? The part that coincides with our Hemallurgical research, or our research into how delicious a foodstuff can be?
  23. Hi Anna! Lovely to have you! What books have you read? Who are your favorite characters? And finally, can I interest you in a completely safe, definitely unspiked cookie? I know a wonderful little bakery in this nice little dark alley... And here’s an upvote!
  24. Full Disclosure: I have sworn the first shydeal of the Knights Awkward. Will this interfere with my cookie selling duties?
  25. So far I’ve tried to sell one, but how will I know the sale has been made?
