    Butt felt the pain fade even more...he could think again. But the pain still pushed him to die. Butt now feared thinking, thinking brought the pain...pain. In the physical Butt shuddered, but it was more like a spasm. Thank you Star he attempted to project before the pain began eating at his mind once again

    "death...pain...death...pain...death...pain...death...pain...death...pain...death...pain" Butt's mind screamed to everyone near. The small measure of support from Star was nothing to Butt, he didn't even have enough mind to realize it's existence.

    "No, but I will do it...for you." Butt felt a weight come upon him, a weight much larger than what he had felt before. Again he could do nothing, but this time the nothingness held pain. No matter how far he ran within his mind the pain found him. He couldn't survive, he didn't want to survive. He needed to die. He wanted to die. To die...die...death sounded beautiful now... Back in the physical, Butt convulsed, screamed, attempted to scratch his throat out, then went still...

    Um...no...It doesn't fit at all...you kinda ruined a emotional moment...but sure. "And if I do try? What will happen to you? Will I die and you be healed?" Butt grabbed her hand again. Gritting his teeth he said, "I...will..help you." Notice: He did not take all the pain. He is just asking what would happen.

    Butt reached out, grabbed her hand...then screamed. He couldn't think. Couldn't move. His hand went limp. And Star's hand slipped out. The pain faded. Butt could barely manage out, "So...so much..pain...how? How do you survive?" He reached out to grab Star's hand once again. "There must be something I can do..."

    Ohh! I'm going to make another Heroes of Olympus reference. Obscure? yes. Reyna Avila Ramírez-Arellano? yes. Worth it? yet to be seen. "Please" Butt asks the Violet Goddess and/or Star, "Let me take on some of your/her pain. Let me give her/you my strength."

    "Star?" Butt says walking nearer, "I'm here..." Butt leaned in for another hug before remembering the burns then decides to awkwardly give head pats cause he doesn't know what else to do. "I don't know what to think, feel, or do. But...I'm here"

    So both of them have wounds that won’t heal because of their horrible life. Goddess shows up and says that they have to fight it on their own Wound will only be healed if they ignore their pain to save others.

    “I...just, don’t know how to feel. I need her. But it hurts her to stay. What do I do? How can I have what’s best for both her and me? I...I don’t want to die. I don’t want her to die.” Tears dripping down his face he tries to hug TVG. “Please...help me” Well, he does exist in a world where everything could kill him in an instant. Also, have you read the Heros of Olympus?

    Butt clung tightly to TVG’s dress. “Why!” He cried, “Why must you do this to her. She has done so much! Let her rest.” How am I supposed to feel? Do I let her have peace or do I save Butt. He wants her to be happy but that means her leaving and it hurts! I keep on thinking through different scenarios and in each one Star either leaves or is trapped in eternal torment! Why must you do this to us/her/Butt!!

    Hot tears drip down Butt’s face. “Please!” Butt cried, “There must be something I can do to help her! She protected me, there must be a way to return the favor! Everyone else is just standing around watching her die...if she goes *sniff* who could protect me. I’m dead without her. There must be a way”

    “Are you...St-Star’s author? Are you g-going to snap my neck too? A-al-also, what’s an author? I keep hearing that word.” Butt backs up visibly quivering. Such an adorable stutter.

    Letting go of Star, Butt asked, “Will they ever heal? Is there anything I can do? I..I need to help somehow. I just can’t stand around while you’re in pain.” Butt paces back and forth mumbling to himself. I was too hasty in my proclamation of the formation of a live triangle. It seems more true to Butt’s character that he idolizes you. It could turn into something but for now that’s all it is.

    Butt awakes, looks toward Star, gasps, then rushes over to embrace her. Will this melt his face off? He whispers into her ear, “S-st-Star? Is that you? What happened? The last thing I remember is...is you saving my life. Y-you kept your promise...thanks”

    Just need to vent: So last night I didn't remember that I had something scheduled so I had to leave my homework unfinished. Come back from my thing tired and go directly to bed. Wake up that morning and go to school. Friend tells me that there was homework and there is only like 10 minutes left. I, being the stupid fool that I am, don't think to get a missing and turn it in later for late credit but use a homework help website for the first time. Long story short, I don't get any credit and can't redo for any credit at all...Oh and she emailed my parents so guess what will be happening tonight! Thinking about it, I'm the one at fault here so I have nothing to complain about...so...yell at me I guess? TL;DR: I didn't do my own work and now am whining about it to you guys.

    Ok! sorry I was gone How do you like the new name? Finally, does anyone want to try to put together this mess with Butt and Silence in a google doc to make a story? The silence around the group seemed to...fade, but it could never fully go away in this rhelm. A dozen of Mimes, arching carrying a devise powered by Narrativum. One of the mines gestured to the side at the form of Butt, who was tied up with a Narrativum cube device pointed at his head. The implication was obvious.

    There is, Allomancy. Its the natural method of Preservation's re-entering the physical realm. Also the power gathers at the perpendicularity. How would standing near one push energy back through?

    Remember! Causation does not equal correlation. Just because they are dumping their excess heat into the spiritual realm doesn't mean the energy can come back out the same way.
