  1. Klade looked at the chulls bemusedly. Wit was up to some more mischief. Regretfully, Adolin had been ostracized. Though Adolin was inclined to flirting to any female regardless of species, Wit had liked him, and Wit's judgement was surprisingly sound. He walked over to Wit. "Hello. Thank you for that lovely summary and for the chulls. I do believe Ialai is mad at you now. Wonderful job."
  2. Klade sighed. The madness, though hilarious, had cleared Aesudan Kholin, but Liss was most definitely not. Though she had come clean, she had still spread rumors about two people crucial to the treaty, potentially endangering the Parshendi. She would have to go.
  3. "I myself am unaware of any plot against me, but I trust Wit. Aesudan Kholin, why did you try to kill me?"
  4. Klade was impressed by this man's ability to mantain his persona, though it may not be a persona. This man could just be that strange. "Are you enjoying yourself, Wit? So many people to insult, so little time. One has to wonder how you keep it fair, giving everyone a dose of your wit."
  5. Klade laughed, a blatant display of emotion, but humans used it to convey amusement. "Wit, I believe you are one of the most honest people in the room while lying at the same time. It is a gift that few are given."
  6. This was getting into dangerous territory, so he simply sidestepped the question. "We will cross that bridge when we come to it."
  7. "Our people do not require anything other than what we have. This treaty is simply to protect us, though once we know more about your people's resources, that may change."
  8. "The humans are powerful, and to resist power is to perish." Klade smiled inwardly. This woman was trying to learn about him subtlely, so Klade would have to be careful.
  9. "Ah, Ialai, was it? It is good to speak with you. Are you enjoying the party?"
  10. Klade, not learning anything important from the nobility, went over to talk to Wit. At least that way he would be entertained at this stuffy party. "Greetings, Wit. This party has not been very interesting yet, and I find myself wanting my boredom to be dispelled by your sardonic and acidic wit."
  11. Klade walked towards the people that had power. Ialai Sadeas Toral Sadeas, the Kholins. He needed be a part of things, for the sake of his people.
  12. Klade walked into the room, careful to avoid the King's Wit. He did not have the time to be insulted. This was a very important night, and the party had barely begun.
  13. -sigh- I think what you forgot to consider, villagers, is that there might have only been 4 Elims, rather than 5 or 6. There's a reason you've been winning all these lynches. We were sorta counting on some of you staying inactive, and our Worldhoppers actually drawing useful roles. I can still probably win, you know. If you give in, you could possibly save me the embarrassment of being the first Elim to lose an AG? I could plead extenuating circumstances if I lost, of course. I guess it could be argued that 4 Elims did make the game more balanced, which is why the Village is winning for once.
  14. You kidding me bro. I'm a chill dude. I mean, I should scare you, but giving you the creeps is not on my agenda. I don't wanna come off as creepy. Maybe a high functioning sociopath, but that's cool, ya know? I'm more the suave villain type, if you know what I mean. Anyway, Heron. IMO, he's giving off like totally wack levels of Elim vibeyness. Oy. Stop messing with my impressions. Ok that's really rather awful. What kind of a professor is he lol *puts on Zebra mask* *paints stripes on* Eh-Hem. You're giving me the creeps.
  15. Note the Elims have no doubts about anything. We had a Skybreaker, and we know the roles of everyone still living. It's not like they're going to change. *Puts on Mint Heron mask* Well, here's my very professional and scholarly sounding opinion: Zebra is very likely village, at this point, because of some piece of infallible logic I have created within my mind, and in fact, so is Croc. This is because you, Fuchsia, are in fact the last remaining hidden Elim. I'll be lynching you next cycle.
  16. This reads way Elim to me. How can we be sure about your reads if you just claim you're suspicious of everyone? And you're voting for the player you're not sure about instead of the two confirmed Elims? That sounds like an Elim play to me. Same with Ostrich, TBH. Honestly, my two village reads at this point are probably Heron and Zebra. I'll post a more detailed analysis in the morning, if I have time. Which, hopefully, I will.
  17. "You don't know what you're talking about," he snarled, his lips pulled back over his teeth in a gruesome approximation of a grin, his voice growling into harsh laugh. "The attack on Axolotl was planned, and carried through to a tee, just as todays death was." His face contorted madly as he made his stand, wrist cracking as he pointed at Vanna. "Though one of us died today, we know his soul was taken by the Unmade, and he is with Passion as we speak. Sacrifices must be made for victory, as you've said, but you will never know true sacrifice, just as you will never know true victory." He continued, spitting on the ground between them. "This fight may not be over yet, but this great game we're playing is as good as won." Calming slightly, the man straightened, his hands returning to his sides, righting his clothing. He cleared his throat, and for a moment he could have been seen as a sane man. But his eyes; they burned, glistened, shone with a mad light that was an all too clear reminder of his mental state. There was a depth there, a depth of knowledge and of understanding, like that of a man who had gone searching, struggling, mining for knowledge, but had gone too far, dug too deep, and now what was left of the man that had begun that quest for knowledge was buried under the weight of what he had found. "It's as good as won." He repeated, laughing softly, looking into the distance. "A good chess player knows when he has lost, sometimes several steps ahead. And while there's always some room for surprise..." His head snapped back, his eyes fixing themselves on Vanna. "A good chess player knows when he's won."
  18. The odds are actually pretty great; For us, anyway. We have a Grand Diagram composed by the followers of Odium which assures our victory. Don't worry. We've got this.
  19. Ouch. That's kinda nasty. We'll try to work something out, how about that? Your death isn't really integral to our win, tbh.
