    Sorry for my lack of contribution. School started today and I'm moving back across the country tomorrow. I may or may not be able to do something besides place an uninformed vote this cycle. Also, Sophos officially is resigning his post as Stormwarden, in tandem with his final prediction that there won't be any future Highstorms (watch there be one on FotS after I say this).

    I’m happy with the game lasting another cycle. Maybe I’ll finally get a Highstorm prediction right. Turns out the last one was actually an Everstorm, which was a slightly embarrassing mistake.

    I'll switch from Vulture to Dingo. I can't say that I'm fond of blackmail at all, and we have enough of a lead to do something like this.

    I’ll plop a vote on Vulture for now. I’m going to hold to my suspicion of a single elim voting on Croc, at least for the time being.

    Ostrich. Sophos was hopeful. He had arrived on Roshar and immediately set about collecting data. According to his calculations, the next Highstorm would be coming soon. Of course he wasn’t too hopeful. Sometimes Sophos wondered how he managed to become a Stormwarden in the first place. His journey to First of the Sun had been relaxing, but certainly hadn’t helped his math at all. Gradually, the sky to the west began to darken, and a storm wall emerged from the horizon. Once Sophos noticed, he was elated. Finally, a correct prediction! I’d wager I’m the first stormwarden to accurately predict a highstorm since things got confused. He felt like he was forgetting something, but brushed the thought aside. He was right! Edit: Could Prudence set me up with Axolotl? It’s kind of important.

    Laziness isn't an option? (I started on FotS and haven't moved). Besides, if everyone knows that I'm on FotS, it doesn't really matter. I might go to Roshar so that I can collect some new data for my calculations though. I disagree. There has been a very strong (and successful) trend of elims bussing teammates in recent games of all formats. Also, the last game with a D1 elim kill went pretty poorly for the village. I think elims actually tend to benefit in the long run from having one of their team flip on D1, since the initial reasoning for the votes isn't that great. I'd wager that one of the votes on Croc is from an elim, and of those Vulture and Flamingo are my greatest suspicions. Axolotl is also a possibility, but my reasoning for suspicion on them had to do with me also being suspicious of Elephant early on, who is not elim. So I'd probably lean more village on Axolotl. I do appreciate the reads list from Flamingo, so after we get through the confirmed elims, I'll probably go for Vulture. Kanga is village unless Croc wanted to try and bus a teammate D1, since Croc essentially caused the train on Kanga. I agree that Dingo should also be village, although more because of the Destruction of Shadesmar than because of the role. Troll GMs like to troll. Mouse is likely village as well. I think Aman could pull off an elim!Mouse, but probably not many others at this point. I also think Mouse has gone beyond pushing for inevitable kills on elims and is just straight up being a helpful villager. Lion seems village, but I want to take a closer look at their posts.

    I felt like a bunch of people were asking for PMs with me without having a good reason. PMs that involve me generally die after 2-3 posts anyways, so I figured I'd save everyone the bother. I don't know about the other folks that are being quiet, but I'm mostly waiting for us to kill off everyone that has been confirmed evil so that we can get back to our regular program of not knowing what to do. I don't really feel out of the loop (although it would be nice to know some specifics on how the 8 players in Shadesmar got reduced to 3), but I would agree that there hasn't been a whole lot of room for analysis this game. There are probably 3 elims left once we finish with the ones we already found, so there will be plenty of time to have good discussion (and to get my highstorm calculations more accurate).

    I'm voting Rhino because Rhino is going to die. I was mostly pointing out that elim!Mouse is a possibility, since regardless of alignment, Mouse is helping their team with their actions. I started paying attention to Axolotl because they voted on Croc, and I think at least one of the votes on Croc is elim. But I didn't make note of what I found off, so consider it just a gut read for now.

    I've been sort of suspicious of Axolotl for some D1 stuff, but haven't really seen a lot from them since then to make me lean either way. I don't really want to kill them at this point. Rhino doesn't seem to have been super active, but the D2 vote behavior fits with being an elim. It does with Mouse (being an elim) as well. Honestly, I'd expect elim!Mouse to behave the way they have been, just because by taking a leading role in the thread they could mitigate some bad luck by getting a couple of free kills before going down.

    The last highstorm occurred only 23 hours from my prediction! I think I'm finally working out these calculations. Autonomy has been having a bit of a tantr on FotS, so I'm relaying a message for them. They voted on Albatross last cycle and Gecko this one. Edit: I'm as bad at messages as I am at highstorms I guess. It was Albatross this cycle and Gecko last.

    Iguana. That makes a lot of sense. Normally I'd be uncomfortable with just redoing the vote, but since Mercy can't retarget, I'm okay with a Gecko train. It'll at least quiet things down on my planet so I can finally get these blasted highstorm calculations right.

    I'm not sure that this will provoke useful discussion. I wholeheartedly agree that the D1 vote is important and that not voting is a way for elims to control information. However, I would say that experience and playstyle have a far greater impact on whether a player votes D1. If you look through past games, I'm sure you can find countless instances of villagers posting essentially the same thing as Albatross. It's not really a good excuse, but I don't find it AI either. Also, could someone fill me in on why there is a super train on Gecko right now? My D1 analysis was focused on the votes on Croc. Also, shouldn't we shift gears to the more recent event of exactly 0 elims kills going through? That should make everyone pretty suspicious of the list of people who were in Shadesmar. I'm going to vote Iguana for now.
