Quick Fix Game 33 - Deception: Murder in the Cosmere
xinoehp512 replied to Herowannabe's topic in Sanderson Elimination
I'll sign up as a pinch hitter for now. I might change it later. -
Lynch vote tally Jondesu(1): Sart Sart(1): Steel Steel(3): Phattemer, Randuir, Bort Synod Vote tally Leidene(2):Phattemer, Bort Count Olaf(1):CadCom Rand(1):Rand Looking at the votes I think I'm going to put my vote on Steel for now. Before I vote for the Synod, I want to see if Count Olaf has a defense.

I agree with both Randuir and Stick. Kidpen, even though it;s bandwagony.

@randuir, @phattemer sorry for not posting much. I'm still in the phase of trying to get the hang of this, plus I'm not able to get on a whole lot. Hopefully the extra time for this cycle means that I'll actually get to make some meager analysis.

Shoot, I thought that this cycle was going to be three days, but nope, tomorrow. Better get my vote in. Current vote count: Rand (0) - Steel, Wfy, Araris Araris (0) - Steel Xino (1) - Sart, Rath Wfy (2) - Rath, Ark Steel (1) - phattemer Kidpen (1) - Stick Snipexe (2) Araris, Rath Phattemer (1) - Steel Between the two primary lynch targets (Wfy and snipexe) I feel that Wfy's behavior is more elim-y... for now at least. I'll see if I can get back on to change this. Looking back over the thread, I realize that Snipexe is probably a more valid lynch target. I agree with the people more astute than me on this. Randuir, there was no other option when I voted. All the others had only one vote on them.

Yeah, the game would have ended a lot sooner if we'd let it go through.... This was also my first time playing evil as well. Rath was also a first time elim, I believe.
-
Victory! You definitely trolled me with the Gondor Spies... I was so confused near the end how two people were expected to outnumber everyone. Now that I look back, I see it was sort of obvious. And I was so worried, too... But good game, everyone. You did a good job.
-
Uhhh... this is a night cycle, Itiah. No lynch.
-
Glieven. Coin came up heads. Hope I'm not making a huge mistake...
-
Walin. Rath. Given that Dalinar said he trusted Walin, I'm willing to switch my vote over and ensure the vote on Rath.
-
While I am very new to this game, I feel like the suspicion being afforded to Walin has merit. Simply because he has been saved by the Hand of Sauron twice might not necessarily mean he's evil, but then again, it doesn't mean he isn't. And again, why would Dalinar trust someone under so much suspicion? It really comes down to the fact that almost all the evidence that Rath is evil comes from Walin. By lynching you we confirm for certain whether Rath is evil or not. Again, however, I'm not an expert. Feel free to pick apart my reasoning like wet tissue paper.
-
*sigh* I'm looking over everything, and I can't decide. It seems that the lynch is between Walin and Rath. Walin claims that Rath was scanned by Dalinar and is evil. Rath, on the other hand claims that Walin is making everything up. Walin has also been saved from the lynch twice by the Hand of Sauron. The problem remains: who to lynch? If we lynch one and they come up as a villager, then clearly we lynch the other. But what if they come up as an elim? It may clear the other, but it seems that framing each other the way they are doing would be a very good elim ploy. With that in mind, I'm voting Walin. Walin, hopefully you can explain why Dalinar was willing to vote on you even for a little bit last cycle, and, as Elandera said, why he would roleclaim to someone under so much suspicion. Rath, don't think I'm taking my eye off you, either.
-
Votes/Unvotes this cycle, with given reasons. Alvron: Me, for an unclear reason. Me: Alvron, attempting to get an explanation why he has voted for me three cycles in a row. Dalinar: Rath, for sending a suspicious PM. Rath: Walin, following up on suspicions. Elandera: Walin, for being saved the last two cycles. Bort: Me, because Alvron did. CadCom: Walin, to get information. Dalinar: Rath(unvote), Walin, because he wants a lynch. Walin(unvote) Rath, because he reread the rules and 'wants to see what happens'. (What did you read that changed your mind, Dalinar?) Devotary: Walin, to try and provoke his roleclaim. Snipexe: Me, because Alvron has voted me every cycle. If Alvron could explain why exactly he keeps voting for me, I would appreciate it.
-
Alvron has voted for me again... *sigh*. That's three cycles in a row. Why?
-
List of votes/unvotes and proposed reasons: Araris: Devotary, for defending me D1. Elandera: CadCom, a poke vote. Snipexe: Araris, for defending Walin. Araris: Devotary (unvote) because of realization that I had posted. Elandera: CadCom (unvote), taking back a poke vote. Elandera: Ornstein, another poke vote. Dalinar: Elandera, no given reason. CadCom: Bort, a poke vote. Rathm: Mafia. a poke vote. Snipexe: Araris(unvote), observation of more experienced players' opinions on his vote. GreenRover: Alvron, poke vote & to see how he defends himself in gibberish Elandera: Ornstein (unvote), because they will die of inactivity. Rathm: Mafia (unvote), same reason. Rathm: Walin, resurrecting lynch C1. Alvron: Me, for no reason. Devotary: Walin, to gain information. Snipexe: Araris, suspicions. That's all for yesterday, unless I missed some. I don't really have any reads right now, probably related to the fact that there were no lynches the past two days. Elandera: Walin, suspicions.

Sorry for not posting! I was unexpectedly unable to post. I will almost certainly post again this night cycle, with a closer look at( peoples' votes.( @Araris Valerian, please don't poison me)
-
Hey, people no hard feelings: I managed to get on in time to save myself, didn't I? Although I am confused about why I was selected for voting on: there seem to have been better candidates. But I will post again this cycle: you haven't seen the last of me...
-
Sorry Walin, but I don't want to die C1 again...
-
Checking in as well. I will hopefully be able to get on more for this game than I have for the last ones I was in. I will also contribute what I can, though it may be little.

Signing up as Suomynona.
