  1. A seon floated in front of one of the notes for a minute or two, reading it, then shot off.
  2. I wish for the best boon that has been wished for on this thread.
  3. Check again. Narrator Master of Silence restored the fourth wall with a wave of his hand, then turned to Zeoy. Did you see that? @Shard of Thought
  4. The figure looked at Pheonix, who shrugged and snapped his fingers. Instantly, they all vanished. To TLT, I guess.
  5. A Master of Silence appeared to fix the wall. But not just any Master of Silence. Narrator Master of Silence.
  6. The breadmunk mewed pitifully and followed her. Tom looked up at Samika. "So you did ransack my lab. Huh. Liar." Outside, the sound of the falls grew louder. Samika growled and gripped the key harder. It flashed brighter and brighter.
  7. Narrator Pheonix threw the Pheonix stone in at the last moment.
  8. The figure went on. These Narrators are the ones that created this world, and every other world in this set. They tell a story, and that story is us. Usually, the Narrators don't let their characters know that they are being Narrated. But sometimes, on occasion, something slips. And that's when we get called in.
  9. "Oh, really?" Samika held up the box. "This doesn't lie, AJ."
  10. The figure sighed. Start at the beginning, then. In this world- or set of worlds, anyways- there is an organization. An organization of mimes. We are contracted to perform certain services for... He trailed off and looked at Pheonix, as if for conformation. Pheonix nodded, and he turned back. ...a group of powerful individuals known as Narrators.
  11. Samika laughed darkly. "Hasn't he told you? The Tombstone Key, of course. The thing that ruined my life." The breadmunk looked up at her with deep soulful eyes and mewed softly.
  12. The bread creature mewled and snuggled against her leg.
  13. The shadow nodded. Yes. Mimes. Those who repair... a certain wall. You know nothing of them?
  14. The shadow inclined his head in a sort of half-nod. Pheonix took a breath and spoke. "Friend, this is Zeoy. She's come here to learn." The shadow nodded, then turned to her. What do you know of the mimes, girl?
  15. "I don't think so," said Samika in a sinister tone. "I know that you have the Key." A breadmunk made its way over to her foot and chirruped.
  16. Samika became deadly calm. "Oh yes. The memory loss. How convenient." She narrowed her eyes. "Now, where is the Key?"
  17. "Tamika!" yelled Samika. "You said you had destroyed it!" She was getting madder and madder. Tom smiled a little as the red lights began to disappear at a faster pace.
  18. Tom nodded as he waved his hands around. "Unless something else unforeseen has happened- which is unlikely..." He trailed off as a beeping came through from where Samika was. She narrowed her eyes and pulled the culprit- a small, boxy, device- out of her pocket. She looked down at the screen, still holding the key. Her eyes widened. "Impossible..." she whispered. Then she looked up again, accusingly. "You! You said you had destroyed it!"
