  1. Well Bacon making Livetha a Narrator, uh, maybe wasn't actually possible but you know how Bacon is. As for becoming a Narrator IDK man. Narrators usually just show up randomly. "Well," said Bacon, "I'll take that as my cue to leave. Have fun on the rest of your date!" And with that he teleported himself and Yrank NOT HRANK back to where they were supposed to be.
  2. I mean, I figured Bacon's Narration getting unexpectedly amped would have some unintended consequences. I figured you'd have a better idea what those might be.
  3. The monster was reacting interestingly to Bacon's Narration.
  4. "Hmm," said Bacon, observing the monster. "Was that supposed to happen?"
  5. "All right then; be healed!" A wave of pure healing blasts out in every direction, the narrative power of Bacon's words amplified tenfold! "Huh," remarked Bacon. "That's odd."
  6. "Oh! Of course, of course. Sorry. Is this a bad time?"
  7. "Let's get going," said Erif, grinding his teeth. "This 'inspector' has a lot to answer for." "Hello!" said Bacon the Bard. "How's your date going?"
  8. Trewee hissed. He looked... wrong. Instead of a smooth, flowing shape, his surface was jagged and fractured. Black streaks ran through him, spreading out from his eye like black dye injected into gelatin. "What happened?" Sophie whispered. "He... he looks sick. Can watersprites get sick?" Xino frowned. "No, not usually. But it's not a big deal, I'll just..." He tried Narrating the stain away again, but nothing happened. He blinked. "...what?" He tried again. Nothing. "I... I can't Narrate it," he said, bewildered. "Why can't I Narrate it?" It is the mark of a withergeist, said a voice in a strange, somehow silent intonation. Xino and Sophie both jumped at the sudden appearance of a man behind them. He was dressed in what appeared to be some sort of uniform and was entirely grayscale. They have corrupted this spirit, begun the process of turning it into one of themselves. At this stage of the process, you cannot reverse it- not even by Narration. Xino summoned a spear and held it against the newcomer's throat. "Who are you?" he asked threateningly. "What do you mean, a withergeist?" The strange man lifted a finger calmly and all of a sudden the spear was frozen in place. He stepped to the side. I am what is known as an Ennuller, a wielder of ordered darkness. A withergeist is a spirit of chaotic darkness that hungers to spread its darkness until all the world is infected. "What are you talking about?" sputtered Xino, trying unsuccessfully to free the spear. Eventually he gave up and Narrated a new one. "I've never heard of any of that nonsense before." It wasn't relevant to you before. The man's expression became sober. But it is now.
  9. I think you might be thinking of Onyx's castle. Onyx's realm is in real space. "What about you, Yrank? Do you know any games?"
  10. Erif turned. "Do you know where Onyx's realm is?"
  11. "I need to see the inspector," said Erif, his voice hard.
  12. "You're Sequence?" Erif asked. "Thank you for your input! Have a free bacon donut." With that, Bacon vanished, leaving behind a bacon donut.
  13. "Maybe? Are you not in the mood for a game any longer?"
  14. The last we saw of the Great Wizard he was burying the Valiant One in rabbits. "Glad to!" said Bacon, attaching the tie. "Perhaps you can show me one of your games, in return?"
  15. Bacon observed the board. "Hmm. It would appear we have a tie." As if to emphasize the point, the board turned into a bow tie.
  16. This is the board as I understand it: O_X XXO _OX Bacon played bottom left.
  17. Erif went slightly cross-eyed, but he was no stranger to teleporting so it was fine.
  18. Sequence would know. Subversion also, possibly. Platypus... perhaps.
  19. Bacon noted that down. "Any suggestions on how to improve the summoning experience? Any additions, removals?"
  20. Gail is with TP and Jilu, remember? Hacob and Zanitar just showed up and told them they made a deal with the General. On that note That'd be a question for @NameIess.
  21. Bacon pulled out a notepad and pen. "Tell me, on a scale from one to ten, how would you rate that summoning?" I cannot. Onyx has been... reclusive, as late. He has forbade me from showing the path to anyone. If you wish to visit his realm, you will have to find another to lead you. Bacon responded by playing the square directly below the center. "Sorry, Yrank," corrected Bacon. "I can't imagine how I made that slip of the tongue!" @The H gosh dang it I knew those names would get me eventually Unfortunately I don't know how to write music Maybe the theme song can just be "In the Hall of the Mountain King". Well, they aren't going to see Onyx, are they?
