    I came up with this several months ago and posted it, and nobody had any objections. There was also a short scene where a ship travels through an underwater tunnel adjacent to the city. So it depends on how you define set-in-stone canon, I guess. But I would be more than happy to work with any suggestions. There's a Kraken beneath the city that can control water, so the tunnels underneath the city won't necessarily be flooded- or, if they are, there will be pathways of air throughout.

    The man shrugged, and stuck his hand to the side, summoning a giant axe. He took one step and swung, knocking his target's head clean off. "Better?" he asked.

    Silence spoke a single word of Silence and the spear dissipated. He dropped the gun, letting it vanish, and swung a punch towards Thought laden with a mental Silence attack.

    The man looked at her, eyebrow raised. "You want me to cut off her head?"

    Xinoehp snorted again. "That's totally out of character for me and you know it."

    "Talking to you," he said. "We've never captured a Narrator before. And..." He looked down. "You didn't do anything wrong. You shouldn't be alone in your cell like this."

    Silence's hand shot up in a blur, catching her foot in midair. He grinned, then shot her point-blank with his gun.

    Neil followed behind her, uncertain of what else to do. What had happened to that creature... he'd never seen anything like it before. Granted, he hadn't seen a lot, but this seemed... different, somehow. More unusual than normal. Could this be it? he wondered. The thing I'm looking for? The thought filled him with excitement- and with dread.

    All at once, mimes swarmed Nathrangking from every direction, pinning him down and pulling him away from the battle. Silence closed his eyes and pulsed, releasing a wave of destructive Silence in every direction.

    I worldbuilt a rifts system a few months ago... interest in the other side of the world sort of fizzled, so it only got partially used.     The air wavered, and a man appeared. He looked around, eyebrow raised, then cleared his throat. "Greetings, inhabitants. I take it everything is going well?"

    Xinoehp looked at her incredulously. "I already have developed myself! That's literally the only thing I can do!"
