    Rekaerb sighed. This wasn't getting anywhere. It's not intervening if I just take a look around, he told himself. Four copies appeared at the edge of the area the group had covered so far, one in each cardinal direction, and began walking. It was only a few minutes later when each pair met up again. How peculiar, thought Rekaerb. It would appear that we are inside a toroidal space.
