    The neck of the creature moved in a strange, puppet-like fashion. Looking up, vines reached down from the ceiling and out from the walls, supporting the empty husk in the center of the room. Whoever this person had been, they clearly were not there anymore. They were merely a puppet for some twisted creature.

    Corundum stepped up to the edge of the shadow cast by the doorframe, peeking into the lit hallway beyond where the Corpse was standing. Out of his reach. "Your Majesty?" he requested. @Channelknight Fadran "Oh," said Pheonix. "Uh, thanks." He swung at the wall again.

    Corundum flicked the light switch at the door, plunging the room into darkness. And suddenly he was no longer where he was. Two more spouts of darkness burst forth, spiraling towards Corpse and merging with it. Each carried with it a stronger urge to stop fighting and obey. Pheonix swung the pick against the wall.
