  1. I'm not really in physics and stuff but would you be able to walk on water while storing weight?
  2. Plate > Blade Plate guy is stronger, faster, tougher. Blade guy may be more agile but Plate's speed would balance that. Then its just about deflecting Shardblade/knocking it out of bearer's hands and splitting him in half with gauntleted hands. About Honor being in west... Well of Ascension was in north too.
  3. +1. Never believed in Spren being 'everything on planet', especially Nightwatcher. This is set in stone now for me.
  4. I would choose something epic though I never found ideal songs for Mistborn... I remember listening to Prodigy when Vin fought Inquisitors and Rise Against when Kelsier died.
  5. My mistake, I thought Soulcasting was about Gems, not Stormlight :|
  6. Stones holding Stormlight is an interesting idea. I like it more than Stonespren. But Soulcasted stones wouldn't be infused. That just would make pool bigger while amount of Stormlight in it would stay same. Is it said that Soulcasting Gems is impossible? Or its just useless because Soulcasted Gems are exact same Gems used to Soulcast them?
  7. Maybe but I doubt that. If Odium had such a perfect opposite they would've been on same planet. Most likely its shattered then...
  8. Memories of Ice. Best book in the series at this point.
  9. It is and it isn't. What is good or evil you're talking here? Is it good to destroy something, even if its evil just because its evil? Whats more important, hating and destroying against evil or loving and saving good. Odium is evil because he hates all, only thing that drives him is hate. If hate for evil is only thing that drives person then he's evil himself too.
  10. Hoid interests me most too but without all the mystery about him I doubt he would be that interesting and he's going to be in most of the upcoming books(if not in all). I don't think his parts will be same after his story is revealed. Better to learn more about him with little hints here and there than just read his story. Stormlight Archive has most of him at this point so there will be more of those little hints and interesting stuff. I choose Stormligh Achive, not just second book but all of them. Then Mistborn books. After that Liar of Partinel and Dragonsteel. Standalone books in between.
  11. Humor. (God Creator should have some of it) Bargain/deal/trade or something like that. (Maybe associated with Oathpact and/or Nightwatcher) Most likely there is a shard of Pride but its shattered otherwise we would've seen it already. Or its Dominion.
  12. I like this. Shouldn't there be 8 good and 8 bad?
  13. Allomantic Steel because its fun.
  14. Started watching Breaking Bad about a week ago, finishing first part of fifth season today. Boss among today's shows.
  15. I don't know if its set in stone but Atium stealing anything makes sense. Yeah that could work but they wouldn't be able to create someone with every magic-system in him and thats just sad... That's why nobody uses it, even on Scadrial. Btw can Nalthisians? give Breath to people from other planets? If they can give then Hemalurgy should be able to take and I'm sure Nalthisians can give their Breath/s to anyone.
  16. Hemalurgy > Feruchemy > Allomancy Allomancers can fly and thats fun but give Feruchemist years of stored attributes and he'll eat Allomancers alive. Even endless Atium won't help them. Though on more balanced situations original Mistborn would be stronger...
  17. Someone with every magic from every planet. Other combinations of shards. More crossovers.
  18. Yes but neither are other magic-systems. Spiking someone with Gemheart would give it Stormlighted visual effect. And aren't there 10 kinds of Gemhearts or something?
  19. Metals stealing metal based magic makes too much sense... Is it possible to make spikes from Gemhearts?
  20. I think Hemalurgy can be used on anyone but it won't grant Alomantic or Feruchemical abilities and it can't steal other magic-systems because Mistborn magic-systems are based on Metals while others aren't(You can make Koloss from anyone but no Inquisitors).
  21. Maybe its because you read last book year ago or something? Because I've read first two books quickly and I only once visited wiki and I don't even remember why... Had 2 month pause on those books but still remember pretty much every character... Yeah I agree its a bit hard to follow because it doesn't has center but thats one of the most interesting and entertaining things there... Its like Pulp Fiction but epic fantasy.
  22. A lot people hate on Felurian thing though I pretty much liked that. You know there are lots of creatures like that, sirens/faeries/etc in fantasy books and most of the times main characters resist/run away/kill it but never, NEVER have I read about a character who surrenders and thing actually happens and then he survives. Of course its too much but still its better then another siren trying to eat good guys ...... And it was essential to the story.
  23. You get promoted when you tap luck, then you get thrown out when you start storing it. Though I'm still thinking that you just can't have that much of luck stored because you can't store it anytime you want.
