    Other way around, right? Villagers win when elims are all dead (check), SB wins at parity (check), and elims win when they outnumber the village (not check). Does the Shardbear stay in the game when they win? 1-1-1 > SB the elim, > NK the SB = village win (or SB the elim = village win), versus 1-1-1 to 1-0-1 is certainly followed by an elim win of 0-0-1 or 0-0-0 due to the NK.

A conversion is worth close to double in my book. If we treat the Shardbear as a weak evil teammate and the convert as a strong evil teammate, they average out to two elims. If they start with two, that's 4/16, which is ideal ratio. Does 0-0-0 count as a joint victory?

    I’ve got a great gambit idea. If anyone is a Stormform, Envoyform, or Direform, please PM me, I want to try something. It may look like the Shardbear neutral is going to be elim-aligned in the early stages of the game, but I would argue there’s a perfectly achievable scenario where all remaining players die at the same time, resulting in a joint village/neutral win. All elims would be dead and 0-0-0 is technically parity. GM, can we get a tie breaker ruling? edit: thanks! didn't read the writeup lol Mippo

    Technically I resigned from it over a year ago, but I'm still on the mailing list Quick thoughts are: Great minds, huh! Mistborn and Forger is awesome, Knight Radiant feels like it could bog down the game by denying progress, Feruchemist feels off base because you'd be better off constantly scanning and getting regular information than you are storing. And I'd be wary of approving a game that's so customized because it's a nightmare to anticipate how it'll play out. But that's my unofficial, retired-from-the-committee perspective.

    Agreed! It must be from the Alleyverse days, since I don't remember playing with you in SE. Nice to get a game in! I can't miss the AG! (I'm only saying that so if I miss the next AG, you'll waste time trying to find me) I think I might play one or two more, time permitting. Can I sell you on a 72 hour combined day-night cycle where the elim NK triggers at the 48 hour mark? You'd get activity spikes right before and after the NK, probably kicking off the EOD rush early. There's no way that that automation saved you more time than it took to build it

    Pfft, we had the power to learn the distro by Day 3, simply by abandoning op sec. Although I didn't think they played a huge role, I think I would have made it a no-PM game if you were balancing around elim enlightenment being an advantage. And make Seekers scan a player's last action, not their alignment. I've tried anti-hammering tech before (secret random rollover times), but SE ultimately always rewards try harding and availability. That's why it's a young man's game. I think your ML traps were ineffective against a player base that's not steeped in the same meta. The two coinshots agreeing to coexist still boggles my mind. Speaking of new folks, turns out I could have played with my personal account and still been anonymous. Welcome everyone, you're a fun group to play with. (And hi to the rest of you, sorry I tunneled so hard on ya, TJ!)

    Still doesn't explain why they'd switch to kidpen specifically instead of anyone else It's absolutely a poke, but it'll turn into a real vote if you stay neutral and everyone else surpasses you in villagey behaviour I'm on the fence about this read. I feel like new players don't use the elim doc as much. You should make a PM and try one on one convos with someone. Or do yourself, someone and Raven, since you know Raven is village, making it ok if they listen in. Whoever is going to be exed today, please make a multi person pm before you go
