  1. I'm going through Trails of Cold Steel 3, Yakuza 0, and Ender Lilies. Thinking of diving into some ps1 rpg classics too. Is it cold where you live?
  2. That has to be somewhere between our weird version of rice balls, pizza, or coachala. Sweet or salty?
  3. Most of the time yeah, even when it could be considered irresponsible. TPBM gets less than 6 hours of sleep on average.
  4. Can you grade my art? pulls out a stick drawing made with crayons About 6 years. I can go down to half an hour if they invite me to dinner.
  5. Was that the four letter one? INTP-T. Though results do vary when one repeats the test. What's your favorite focus in a fantasy story (drama, politics, romance, beating up dark lords...)?
  6. Nah, I'm more of a zxcvbnm guy. Milk chocolate or dark chocolate?
  7. I'm sorry but no. TPBM has mastered the art of walking like a chicken.
  8. Play video games, watch movies/series, listen to music. Same routine really, it would just be missing a portion of it. Harder now, say all of your hobbies become impossible to do. What's your first option for a new hobby?
  9. Mat said the thing. We just need a braid tugging and we'll all rest easy.
  10. I think I like number eight more than most numbers. TPBM speaks Simlish.
  11. spills holy water Whoops, sorry. Yeah yeah, I'll sign whatever you want me to, but I need those 10 cents.
  12. Definitely Doctor Who. What's the password?
  13. Millennium Actress is my favorite movie and Your Lie in April is my favorite show. What's your favorite band or singer or composer?
  14. Just finished Dragon Quest XI at almost 154 hours. Storms, this game. I think this is now my favorite game outside of the Trails series. It's seriously incredible, I went in with extremely high expectations, but the game surpassed them like it was nothing. So I kept raising my expectations and each time the game just rose above them just like that. In comparison to other DQ games, the only, idk, shortcoming? I can find is that the focus on towns stories is a crown that still belongs to VII, but that said, it did have a lot of them and really good ones. In exchange it has the heaviest focus on plot I've seen in the series, which is kind of what I thought VIII would have when I started it. I later learned to enjoy the series for what it does and not to resent it for what it didn't, but yeah, I'll gladly take a mix of both styles. I underestimated Act 3. It sent me to the final boss right away so I thought it was the shortest one. Well it is, if you rush to the boss. If you do everything, well, it took me 66 hours hunting every piece of story, boss, and farming costumes and equipement, against the 44 the first two took me each. I can't even imagine what a 100% run is like, with such a massive bestiary and item catalogue. It's ridiculous how much I came to like the cast, I'll probably have a hangover over this. Trying to enjoy other games but starting to miss these characters in the middle of it. Though I'll admit I'm tempted to start over right away. This game can be played in its entirety in 16-bit style, so I might do that and just treat it as more content I haven't seen. I've heard terrible things about the music, but honestly some of my favorite themes in the series are original to this game. The only ones I may have a problem with are the overworld theme and the boss theme, but the latter grew on me eventually and the former gives you options. If you want you can have an overworld theme for each act, so we're not exactly starved for variety. Not to mention the game has A LOT of reorchestrations of older themes and those are just such a great nostalgia rush (do I even have the right to say that? I started this series less than 2 years ago), and are easily the best renditions so far. So great game, go play it. Now if you'll excuse me I have a bonus dungeon and boss to tackle.
  15. Nope, Lightweaver. TPBM is also a Lightweaver.
  16. A bit cloudy, a bit cold, still enough to turn people into a sweaty mess if they stay in the sun too long. It doesn't make any sense. Do you like sweet potatoes?
  17. Because as you know. Do you think if people wasn't?
  18. I do. My current favorite are nonograms. It feels like a bit of an adventure trying to guess what the picture will be, and once I find out I like to think I'm collecting them and that's the most recent addition. TPBM has an obscure hobby.
  19. Dalinar and Renne Bright and this is too short notice to think of all the candidates and at this rate soon Kazuma Kiryu. Would you punch your best friend in the face in exchange for movie tickets for you both?
  20. Just watched episode 4 and it's my favorite so far. The mystery is good, I would probably be completely clueless about who the Dragon is. Logain was amazing. It's also the brightest episode so far. This is more in line with the mood I associate with the books, which is great because I was worried it would stay like the first two. And Nynaeve and Lan holy crap they're good. I may just be blind but their relationship in book 1 felt a little awkward to me. Too sudden. Here you can tell from day 1 where you want this to go and from day 2 you see it's already going there. Lan making jokes is both unnerving and hilarious.
  21. Sadly no, this place is too much of a desert. Still cold for the time of the year though. TPBM likes to dance.
  22. I don't. There, now you're part of the controversy. TPBM has their life planned.
  23. Miraculously I do. TPBM aims for 30,000 rep.
  24. That's Skyward, right? I haven't even read the first one. TPBM hasn't read many non-cosmere Sanderson books.
  25. Under no circumstances. Peanut butter and maple syrup?
