I've put in a small list of the MEE in Epics of Oregon, will add more later and probably do a Strongsteel post then.

Refill stood in a large room crowded with people, Zip standing at his side, it had taken them hours to find and bring all of these Epics together, but they'd done it, they'd started on his plan, the plan to bring down the so called 'High' Epics. "Welcome one and all!" He cried to the crowd. "To the first meeting of the Epics Alliance!" There was a small smattering of applause at this, most people just glared at him. "Too long have we all been forced into either hiding or servitude to these self-styled 'High' Epics, well I tell you that even the most minor of Epic powers can be lethal! Many of you may know, until recently I was forced to serve at a bar, using my powers to top up drinks! All thanks to the likes of Altermind and Corpsemaker." He gestured to the pile of bones and flesh, that rested in a corner, swimming in blood. "But even such powers as mine can become lethal if properly applied, I tell you this because I want my own empire!" I did not mean to say that last part. Refill thought to himself, quickly scanning the crowd and finding Subtext. "Subtext can't you turn that off? I was right in the middle of a speech..." He felt a pressure leave his mind. "You see though? Many consider Subtexts powers to be virtually useless, he's just a less powerful telepath, but his abilities reveal thought to all, not just him! We all are great, we all are Epics!" The crowd seemed to be warming to his speech, he spotted Stitch cheering him on from the back, flanked by Latermind, who'd started cheering before he'd even finished. Refill smiled to himself, satisfied with the response. Time to take those leaders down a peg or two. Jeff followed Aldo with the rest of the group, Marigold had threaded her arm through his again after they'd picked up the trio which they'd met after those explosions. If Lightwards' recruiting parties are all going to be this successful then his empire is going to expand far too quickly to be stopped, but then with mistrust between them so high it could all be destroyed by infighting. They'd reached the underside of the museum to find a gigantic pillar of diamond protruding from the ground all the way up to the museum. "Anyone you know?" Jeff asked Aldo, though from the look on his face he knew nothing about this. "Funtimes launching it into the sky was extravagant enough, now we need diamond flagpoles?" "How are you proposing that we reach the museum if this 'Funtimes' has made it fly?" Saccharine asked. "We can take care of that" One of the twins said with a grin, grabbing a piece of rubble from the ground. "See?" With her last comment the rock shot out of her hand arcing towards the museum and was quickly out of sight. Jeff was about to reply when with a mighty crack! The rock landed again, shattering into a thousand pieces. The group exchanged skeptical glances. "Maybe someone else can try?" Jeff asked. He stepped up to the diamond structure, it seemed to be sturdy, it should hold their weight. He closed his eyes briefly, shadows rippling out from him to grasp around the diamonds, then flattening and forming a dark floor underneath the group. Any more than this and that voice is going to go out of control again. Shrinking the floor slightly and forming some thin rails he slowly raised the floor, using the diamonds to support most of the weight they slowly climbed their way up. Up towards the necromancer, the insane genius, and the dinosaurs.

Ok well forget my last post then If Lucentia's left a diamond tree then PP can just use that and make a shadowy little elevator for everyone

Kobold, I have some ideas for getting up to the museum, but Aldo will probably be needed, we can use the collaboration Doc if you want or if you give permission I could just write in him offering some help. The plan is to get Saccharine to rip up a nearby manhole cover, Aldo to make it big enough for everyone to stand on and then the twins to lift it up to the museum.

Upgrade + Intervention Everyone is always drunk and the oceans are now delicious fortified wines.

Penumbra: Can you imagine what would happen if Upgrade enhanced Murphy? O.o

I might actually introduce him into the MEE, his powers would be useful but he'd also be underpowered compared to other precogs so he'd classify as a mid-range I'd think

Yeah, I might give him a secondary power, this was just my instant Epic-creation-reflex kicking in.

Yeah, but with everything, he answers questions before they're asked, greets people before they arrive and launches attacks against enemies who aren't there yet.

Latermind Primary ability: An obscure form of precognition, Latermind is always thinking what he would be thinking in 3 seconds time, he doesn't experience sensory information just his own thoughts, so while he reacts 3 seconds early he doesn't necessarily know what he's reacting to.

That sounds like an idea, just let me know when you want to be posting and I'll leave his reactions unsaid. Should Strongsteel be at the TT meeting?

They've been wandering for a while, so if you want to have Refill and Zip just drop by wherever they are based that'd be fine, they're not going to be involved with the other characters for a while so we can have a slightly different timeline if needed.

Why waste time sleeping when you can spend that time coming up with stories to prevent other people from sleeping?

Those sound awesome, welcome to the MEE, I'll do a big group gathering and mention some of my NPCs as well as Growthspurt and Dodgeball being there now, unless you want to write up an intro scene for them first?

Yeah, a bunch of powerful Epics all trapped together would be a dream come true for him, but definitely OP for Oregon. I've got a working list of Epics for the minor Epic alliance, if anyone wants one as a POV char let me know I'll be doing a scene for them all soonish.

That is a good point We could get some dinosaurs in too in that case, might be fun to watch some non-Lightwards controlled dinosaurs.

Messing with too much stuff time wise would kind of ruin it a bit for me, much as I would love to see a room of roman legionaires, when they returned to their own time they'd definitely talk about it and there'd be a record in-universe. Time-travel is always tricky.

Yeah, he's definitely not a canon fodder Epic, I don't know that he could be introduced to Oregon without upsetting the whole place, he's completely impossible to kill without exploiting his weakness and if you try he'll just end up with your body and powers, even stronger.

Someone claimed Transfer!? He was going to be a backup for my Halloween Epic, he's rather OP, I made him to be an Epic assassin, he picks Epics, taunts them until they kill him then uses their powers to kill all their followers and moves on.
