  1. Fear of aging? Perhaps having an older relative who needed to start wearing glasses and then slid into Dementia? Not particularly happy as a backstory but then Epics backstories rarely are.
  2. Also for no reason, here's a picture of a pavlova.
  3. Is it completely impossible to ship them and then explain both powersets? Twi I'll get your HTML Epic when this becomes shipped.
  4. What was her powerset again? Being an awesome ninja? Or turning into a hedgehog made of jelly? Come to think of it, one of those is almost definitely just from a dream.
  5. Thanks for reminding me to come up with a weakness for Cornucopia Unless Comatose already had one in mind. Hmmm.... It would save me having to think one up and instead would spend my time thinking up a far more interesting backstory to justify it.
  6. Cornucopia would challenge the esteemed representative of Astoria to a full scale whine-off but they would probably both be summarily executed by every Epic in a 100 mile radius
  7. Yeah I don't see why not if Comatose is ok with it.
  8. Another Cornucopia post up in which she channels Lucentia some more, only keeping the whining on the inside
  9. Cornucopia sighed as a ripple of violence broke through the crowd, a single attack at one point in the crowd soon spread out, the entire crowd throwing themselves at the security forces. Knowing what was going to happen next Cornucopia resigned herself to her fate as a stampede of security officers surrounded the Queens, herself included. This is exactly why I don't like leaving the Arboretum. She watched as two of the three sister-Queens jumped into the air, a twinge of envy at their ease of movement ran through her before being shaken off. Lifting her dress off the ground slightly, it's formerly pristine white stained with the dirt of a day spent in her gardens, Cornucopia gestured to her guards to make enough room for her to see through, she could feel her plants even without her sense of sight but not well enough to direct their growth. Rainmaker had fortunately held the rally in an area surrounded by her plants and while most were filled with everyday items and foodstock for the citizens of Corvallis, Cornucopia had given all of her gardens the ability to be defended, as her gaze swept the grounds of the field roots pulled out from the ground, revealing a hidden payload. Grenades were the most numerous, although there were dozens buried Cornucopia unleashed only a half a dozen into the air above the rioting crowds. Meant to alarm more than harm they were followed by tear gas, bringing dozens of the rioters to their knees as they coughed and rubbed at their faces. This is really more of Rainmakers pleasure, let her keep herself happy by hurling lightning bolts at them and killing them. Well maybe not happy, less furious I suppose. Keeping up a steady barrage of tear gas and flashbangs, Cornucopia kept a sizable portion of the crowd incapacitated, though she was unable to aim at anything nearer the front lest she hit the police forces. But then, Buttercup would probably take care of that, wading straight into the riot and punching everything she could see until everything was settled. Such an inelegant method of fighting. Cornucopia lamented.
  10. So on the topic of relevant stuff Did we decide on whether or not the Financier would call the Metal in? And also whether or not he'd bring Brightdeath with him?
  11. Does that mean I can post something completely irrelevant?
  12. Voidus shared Winter's enthusiasm, grinning at her at the prospects, but Elsa was right, this would b a problem if left uncontrolled. He thought the problem over, the DA largely researched how to spike people, not how to prevent them from being spiked. "Seekers could work I think, though they'd need to be well trained, either given extra power through a spike or a Savant at the least I'd think. The DA has quite a few, we could put them out, searching for the pulses that the spikes give out, perhaps some Lurchers and Coinshots to search for the metal as well."
  13. Voidus nodded in agreement. "Somehow the Parshendi have discovered how to use Odium's essence to perform Hemalurgy, which of course opens up a whole new realm of possibilities, although of course the Intent seems to be even more powerful than that of Ruin and so prolonged usage of the spikes may cause some severe emotional instability. We'll keep it safe for now, Winter you're welcome to assist with the analysis, your previous Shardic contact might help with new insights into it."
  14. Click the arrow next to your name at the top of the page then go to 'My settings' then 'Notification options'
  15. Only fifty? I use gmail and it groups them into 64 messages I usually get one full lot of 64 and another 20 or so. Sometimes things go faster but usually it's not that bad.
  16. Following the topic helps, then you get notifications of new posts.
  17. Or everyone could avoid assasination and implement plan: Angel needs the only stable couple to adopt her right Sparking now!
  18. I am going to explode from the adorbs that mental image inspires.
  19. Rats, I was hoping to complete the anti-trifecta. Team up so she can study with Vondra and Remington?
  20. If I ever get him then yes, absolutely. As long as we all get to murder Nighthound a couple dozen times.
  21. If he were mine then you could Corpsemaker's Joe's
  22. Voidus released the Aon, allowing its healing effects to spread into Elsa's body, enhanced by the Aon Rao Maleril had drawn. "That should close the wound up nicely, if you don't mind I'd like to take the spike back to the Alley's to analyse it. There's got to be some interesting Investiture signatures in it."
