Well he can always just materialize more if she blows them up. Or a tank. Somehow I doubt there's much that could convince arsenal to voluntarily put on a frog suit.
-
She doesn't have to draw on him, just move it on him after it's drawn. Shiny might be able to get close to him but I suspect she'd have some troubles actually getting a frog suit onto him.
-
She certainly could, and it would be a better way for her to channel her mistrust of Epics than branding all of them with death-tattoos.
-
So we're skipping the relatively sane Scribbler and going straight for the insane teleporter who just kidnapped the town counselor?
-
If only there were some Epic in the Dalles capable of materializing objects at will who was friends with Edgerunner...
-
Anyone slightly concerned that this might undercut Redlights lecturing of Vondra? Ah well, crackships are more fun anyway.
-
The only interaction between Impact and an eagle I can see in the near future is her accidentally crushing one on her way back to the Dalles tomorrow

We all knew the rules when we signed up. You forget to obsessively check the thread every 5 minutes, people get to pair your characters off with inanimate objects or dinosaurs.

I still think Lightwards truly belongs with that coin I found under my couch.

Some day I'll have to get around to writing an app for our ponification needs

The Lord Ruler tried for a thousand years to make new Hemalurgic constructs and failed, if it is possible it would almost certainly require Shardic intervention. Additionally Hemalurgy on any other planet may well require Atium to work since all the other metals steal specific things.

And I never left in the first place

The eye was still attached yeah, otherwise it'd immediately fly back as part of his healing. Thanks, I think the sims is probably going to get a few references given the similarities between Epics and sims players. (Both given great powers, both mostly using those powers to torture people ) Well he'd probably count as a big bad rather than a generic bad guy but yeah he'd get the bad guy tropes, such as a compulsion to monologue before actually killing people.

New Bioterror/Adventurer post up: In which Bioterror grosses everyone out. Well in the RP so far I'd say it's pretty much limited to Remington and maybe Vondra, people who typically fight a lot of bad guys with guns I guess.

"So Sunshine, sorry Brightdeath here is new, so am I and now another new guy? What is this orientation day?" Bioterror said scathingly, attempting to ignore the insane man sobbing over the mound of dead zucchini. I wonder if anyone would notice if I supressed his immune system, not lethally just give him some pneumonia or something, it'd only take 10 minutes. No, best behaviour, you need to stop killing people that's why you're here remember? Turning back to the new arrival, Bioterror contemplated the problem. Epics tended not to move around much unless they had to, most settled in at a city, either taking over, getting killed or serving under someone else, now three new arrivals in one day? Shrugging his shoulders, Bioterror dismissed it as a coincidence. Stranger things had happened since Calamity had appeared than Epics accidentally coordinating their arrival. "Ah whatever" He said dismissively. Bored, he held a hand under his face and focussed his powers inward once more, causing his eye to pop out of its socket. Holding it up to his other eye he changed the color of the iris to a blend of red and yellow, forming the pupil into a reptilian slit, might as well look nice and intimidating for the newcomer. Once satisfied he changed his other eye to the same form before allowing the detached eye to rush back into it's socket. "Anything else? Well I'm sure we can find something. You've got an inventory, I can fast travel. Care to do a little shopping?" The Adventurer said with a smile. He'd generally preferred the more hardcore games like shooters, tactical RPGs and Real time strategy but he also doubted there was a gamer alive who hadn't at least tried the sims once. Decking out a new home with the best furnishings was always fun, and now that he had a companion who could store large objects, well that beat the old Rosebud cheat anyday. "Shame there's no pool though, I always did like removing the ladders." He mused to himself as he took another look at their new base, mentally planning out the layout. "Ah well, ready to go shopping? There's some building over that way that's pretty big, I'm sure we'll find something there." He said, addressing Lockvault as he pointed off into the ceiling.

Alright I'll try to get something up soon. New Epic idea for no reason, semi-serious. Cliche: Primary power- Probability manipulation- Cliche's life since calamity has been a series of tropes, he can mentally set the genre of tropes that will occur but not specifically. When Cliche is around bad guys aim suddenly becomes inexplicably terrible while protagonists can harm someone with every shot.

10 Brightdeath 11 The Metal 8 Timelock 8 Bloody Mary 7 Black Jaguar 10 Bioterror - Because he shares my taste in music 11 Financier 10 Adventurer 11 Lockvault -
I can get a Bioterror post up but what kind of scope are we talking, shifting the conversation away to another topic or just some filler to keep things going?
-
I think we all know that Instabam is the best Epic name.
-
Music tastes is one thing I'm really terrible at for characters, I'm not particularly into music generally and when I am it's mostly scores from movies. So yes Scribbler probably would like it but I have no idea what kind of music she'd listen to.
-
That was just close to Fortuity's weakness, the speculation that it was rejection by women that would have fully negated his powers shows that if anything he was trying to prove that it wouldn't happen. Newton didn't have a choice, the whole point was that they were using her weakness to control her, if she'd actively told her gang to compliment her that would be closer but she did the opposite. So maybe the case could be made that it's similar to Fortuity but I don't know if I can see it working too well.
-
Plus deliberately exposing yourself to you weakness is essentially confronting it, so they'd be an uncorrupted Epic.

I'm pretty happy to call this Backtrack's win, he deserves one.
