Yup. There's some speculation that they were replaced with a single Harmony Shardpool or maybe Sazed just got rid of them, we don't really know how much control Shards have over things like that. For reference the mentioned WoB: It's also worth mentioning however that this WoB is pretty old so Brandon may have changed that particular detail.

Oh I hadn't even thought of that, I didn't want to suggest Corvallis because they're less in a coup situation and more just an outright invasion right now but maybe it could work, it would definitely be an interesting possibility.

The Wells and the pits are no more so probably not, though I do think there would have been some loose Atium around the place still, Marsh has a bag at least plus other nobles will have had small amounts around the place.

Is everyone but Kaymyth now just going to have 'not Kaymyth' for who they are? (Next poster can ignore me and post for delightful since this wasn't really part of the chain, but just for the heck of it: Delightful is also not Kaymyth)

For being neither kaymyth nor Morzathoth.

It's still sort of finding its topic at the moment, I'd recommend talking to some of the other players to get some basic character arc ideas going, maybe Lifebringer was called there by a member of the government or something.

Really like the character, it's a nice set of powers and I like the limitations on it. Salem does have a potential coup in the making but the leader doesn't really make much use of hitmen so it may not be too feasible. The Australia RP could definitely fit someone like that in but it's a little dead at the moment.

Iron and steel? Not really, not in the amounts an Allomancer needs. Gold is useful in feruchemy but not so much in Allomancy. Other than that there's not many metals that are too expensive, Electrum maybe? But again it's of arguable usefulness.

Life is feudal lately, because I enjoy spending hours carving a terrace into the side of a hill and planting a garden there.

Random Stuff VII: The Admins Awaken

Well if it was an apple product that became skynet we'd win pretty easily at least, drop it more than half a foot and it'll break. (As may be obvious I am not fond of apple) -

Not sure how well either of those will work, resurrecting others is explicitly non-canonical, Lightwards already existed by the time that was noticed but I don't know that adding a second necromancer is a good idea. Particularly one that is themselves undead since I'm not entirely sure that's something that's actually possible. Not many Epics have physically altered bodies and in particular becoming undead raises the problem that if he was dead he couldn't use his power to bring himself back. For the other Motivators are still tricky territory, but especially self-made Epic tech. It's borderline impossible to integrate into canon.

Shallans also not really in a position to judge whether the blade perfectly penetrated her heart. Aside from that Hemalurgy requires both Intent and a lot of precision, neither of which were likely present. There's also a matter of needing the right alloy and that the only metal we know for sure could be used to steal non-Scadrian traits is Atium.

1. The idea? This one. The actual RP itself goes in whichever 'What happened in' thread you end up joining,, once you post some information about your character we can help find a good setting for them. 2. Whether they're an Epic or a regular human, what their powers are, things like appearance and personality are really helpful to write a consistent character. 3. Don't control other peoples characters is the big one to keep in mind, other than that keep any out of character text to this thread and try to remember that the goal is to create interesting characters and stories, not to 'beat' other characters or players. Backtrack is one of my favorite characters and pretty much every one of his scenes is him just being absolutely terrified of everything. 4. Not at all, it'll come to you over time. I wasn't at all confident in my writing before I started the RP and I'd like to think it's come a long way since then. But if you ever want any advice there are some really awesome writers on here and I'm sure they'd be happy to lend a hand.

Just to nitpick for a second but changing one element to another would be altering it subatomically, on a less nitpicky level that ability allows for the destruction of the entire planet pretty easily. Fission and fusion are not abilities to be given out lightly.

Latin, lots of guilds and a Deviant art page, lots of good things. Unfortunately your second to bottom line of text overlaps with the line above it which hurts my brain. 6/10

Random Stuff VII: The Admins Awaken

Just spent 10 minutes typing notes only to realize that the cursor wasn't on the page so nothing actually got typed. -
Awesome first post, my only feedback would be that you might want to use a few more paragraphs so that it's a bit easier to read, other than that it was great. Welcome to Salem! In other news I got that Neverthere segment up and hopefully should be able to show that side project sometime in the next day or two.

To expand a bit, it it's Brandons usual answer to questions he doesn't want to answer yet, it could literally mean that it will be revealed at a later date or it might just mean that he doesn't plan on answering that particular question.

Soon hopefully.
