Welcome @dadams04! Its great to have you on the shard! As to what you should read next.....maybe Warbreaker? That one is currently a stand alone, so it wouldn't take too long. And after that I'd say The Stormlight Archive. The first two of those books are out, and number three is coming in November. So, yeah. But I'm not really sure, so maybe other people will comment, and give you good opinions. Anyways, Happy Reading!

So, this is about life lessons found in Brandon's books. We learn so many things about so many different characters. We learn their strengths and their faults. We learn how they deal with their problems. And this, in turn, can help us deal with our problems. One of my favorite things I learn from his books is a lesson taught to me by Raoden, Shallan, and Mizzy. They've taught be to always be positive. To smile anyway, no matter what the circumstances. Anyway, please share your favorite!

I'm currently reading The Count of Monte Cristo, and so far I've loved it. So, I guess that's my favorite, even though I haven't read the whole book yet, and even though you already mentioned that one.

I have mentioned before that I am neutral, though I said it quickly, and really didn't go into it, so many may not have noticed. I am neutral, though. I don't really want to reveal my specific role, but a way you could help me achieve my win con is to tell me who you think may die next, if anyone (not lynch).

I would like to join! I just posted my character over on the other board. Hope you all accept me into the order!

My character's name is Arianna, but she prefers Ari. She was born on Scadrial and is a Soother. She carries brass on her person at all times. She is cautious and conservative, but confident. When she was 12, she accidentally world hopped to Nalthis. She spent a year there, and during that time, acquired 612 Breaths; enough to achieve the third heightening. Being a Soother made it much easier to gain breaths. When she was 13 or so she finally found a way back to Scadrial, which she had been trying to find a way back to ever since she discovered Nalthis. After a time, she figured that there must be other worlds, like the one she had visited, and made it her goal to discover them all. She also vowed to uncover all the secrets each planet held. So off she went. The next planet she traveled to was Roshar. This is where she currently is. She is now at the age of 14, and knows about the Knights Radient, though not as much as she would like to. She has only been on Roshar for about 4 months, (by Scadrial's calander), but is planning on staying here quite a while longer to discover the rest of Roshar's secrets. Then, she will travel the rest of the Cosmere! Edit: She also has brown hair that reaches to her waist. Her eyes are a kind of dull green color. And she's only about five foot.

There actually are 10 types of spheres, not 9. They can all be found in the ARS Arcanum in the back of the Stormlight books. As to why it only mentions 9 colors, I have no idea.
