    Nearly all the bad ratings go something like this: "I've heard a lot of good things about this author and so decided to try.......... this book turned out to be so slow I didn't get what was going on and stopped a quarter through the book.. ect" you guys need some perseverance!!!! Also they usually end by going "I apologize if I've offended those Sanderfans out there but we are all entitled to our own opinions." Yes we are, but still grrrrrrrrrrrrr

    Honestly, I feel like people are reading into Ecths post too much. It could just be a simple unfortunate wording and I don't really get how that makes him suspicious. But I could be wrong (as aforesaid bad at reading people thing)

    I got a village as well. Brightness Aleta will simply have to resign herself to putting up with the other recruits without lopping their heads off

    Brightness Kenara was dead. Aleta's head snapped up in shock, her hand automatically going to the hidden dagger in her sleeve. She scanned the training grounds frantically for the source of the arrow, but besides the other recruits, there was nobody in sight. What the storms had just happened?

    Yeah Justice League is going to be great. The effects look awesome. Plus, its got Wonder Woman in it

    Still not sure what to think of Ezra Miller as the Flash in Justice League. No one will ever be so great as the Flash as Grant Gustin, in my opinion. But he seems like he could do a good job - if not very different. behold my 200th post

    If it comes to that, Supergirl is super cheesy. And her costume is cheesy. And all her sidekicks are cheesy (except for maybe Alex). And all of her love interests annoyed me supremely. (okay, I stopped watching it halfway through the second season, but still I got enough of Mon-El to hate him) Basically the only thing I like about it are the crossovers. (the Flash/Supergirl musical was hilariously cheesy - but I loved it)

    Aleta turned and looked at the man that just sauntered up to her, ignoring the now-familiar spren that zipped around her face. "I hope not. A spy would have the time of his life messing around this crew. Although I'm sure they're all ready to do their bit, I'm having trouble imagining them in a fight. I assume you have former experience in the army?" Aleta is tall with green eyes and chestnut hair. She wears trousers and boots under her dress and the skirt has slits in it. Past experience tells her that should something go wrong there's nothing more irritating than a skirt in the way.

    When you consider moving to the US because every storming time you're guiltfree to talk everyone else is asleep. And vice versa.

    Brightness Aleta surveyed the group with narrowed eyes. How an ill assorted group like this was going to hold their own without tripping over their own feet she couldn't imagine. Was that... a pile of sticks threatening a man? She shook her head. Perhaps Brightness Kenara had something up her sleeve for them. If she did Aleta would certainly be interested to learn what it was.

    I know lot of people love this series, but I didn't like WoT that much. The first two books were alright, but by the third or fourth book they were getting a bit slow and I didn't like the way things were going. I didn't get past there though, so probably one day I'll try again.

    Question: I heard something about Asyldin and Demoux being on Roshar (looking for Hoid?). How do we know that the foreigner is Demoux, and where do we see Asyldin in Mistborn/Roshar?
