    when one of your favourite reviewers on Goodreads say they didn't like SA, called Steelheart childish, and the comments are as such: "the truth is, he's just not a good writer" you stop, bristle up, your faith in her taste in books is forever tarnished, and you wish Goodreads had downvotes so that you can give her all yours. Seriously tho!

    Wow that is a pretty awesome personality there! I'm not so interesting - I haven't thought of myself as having different aspects before, but its super interesting to think about. I tend to be pretty different around different people, when one side of me is more sensitive, worries about how people see me, and is very friendly and warm, where another side of me tends to be more quiet, cold, and very thick-skinned when it comes to insults (going both ways). The best thing to bring me out when I'm in the latter mode is to discuss one of my fandoms - Brandon Sanderson, Marvel Movies, or just books and movies in general

    Welcome for last week! lol here's some advice for getting through to November - reread all of his other books twice, with speculations in between, then reread them again, then post your speculations on here, then repeat.

    Welcome to the Shard! I think that goes for everyone here... Brandon Sanderson is amazing! Who is your favorite character out of the Cosmere? (Oh, and don't take cookies from @StrikerEZ and ignore him when he tells you to ignore me. The cookies are horribly Rusted and Ruined)

    Welcome! I agree - Kelsier is the awesomest person in the whole Cosmere- with the possible exception of Kaladin (and maybe Dusk? You can clearly see my taste there). Piece of advice: don't eat your cookies. They have spikes in them. Unless you want to be spiked, that is. Also, Transformers fan?

    Lol this is so me when it comes to things like this. Not B.S related, but I just spent $30 on 3 Marvel/DC posters. Didn't mean to spend that much. It just... happened??!

    Storm it, I'm in. Aleta Nebrask (doesn't sound very Rosharan but oh well) is a former tactician and officer, and is now retired to combat training. *takes bow* - actually, probably more like Hiding in the Curtains. *hides in curtain* I probably won't have a huge level of activity though. And probably won't RP.

    You know you're a Sanderfan when you fall asleep still debating whether you should get hardcovers and continue debating in your dreams where you find a hardcover Mistborn Box set for $70. Yes, that happened last night.

    When you hit google in your web browser and the top ten suggestions/history that pop up are all along the lines of "Oathbringer release date" "17th Shard" "Brandon Sanderson website" and "Brandon Sanderson hardcover" I'm wondering whether its worth paying heaps more to grab the Mistborn books in hardcover. But sooooo much more and I'm not sure if I'm ready to spend so much money for the same old awesome text in just a really nice book. *sigh* I'm so bad at making decisions.

    Aw well, at least it made for a goodbye gift...... I only just introduced my friend to Brandon Sanderson. She has read most Alcatraz, is now reading Elantris and is taking FOREVER about it. The only other irl people are my sibs who are too busy to read any more or fandom with me.

    When you are at a camp and every new person you talk to you ask if they have read Brandon Sanderson in the vain hopes that they have- in which they haven't but somehow the conversation keeps turning back to Brandon Sanderson - everyone's like *groan* when you keep talking about it you are like YOU GUYS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE MISSING OUT ON
