    I read WoR again on a plane flight last month and I was using Storms as my primary curse-substitute for weeks. You know you're a Sanderfan when Brandon doesn't come to Boston until February and you're already planning which books to get signed and what cosmere questions you're going to ask him.

    I'm still under the impression that he doesn't want us to know about Ym or Renarin so we can't notice the differences between the two. There's something fishy up with Renarin and comparing him to Ym could give away too much of the secret.

    I was browsing Theoryland and found this tidbit from two weeks ago about Jasnah's spren Ivory: QUESTION What kind of spren is Ivory? So I figured here would be a good place to ask if someone could show me how to do it, or just edit the wiki themselves. I think this applies to the pages about Jasnah Kholin, Elsecallers, Knights Radiant, and Surgebinding iirc. Thanks!

    Well, we know that Pattern is a Cryptic, and we have already seen Cryptics. They have those "glass" robes, human appendages, and symbols for heads. I think Pattern is more likely to end up looking like that in the end. But who knows? Maybe Cryptics have the same shape-changing/disguise powers that Syl has.

    Welcome, welcome! I can't claim any of those things (being, after all, just a teenager), but I can say congratulations for "taking the leap!" Getting involved is easy. Just browse the forums associated with the books you've read, and click on threads that interest you. The Stormlight Archive threads are on fire right now due to the upcoming release of Words of Radiance, if that helps.

    Yeah, but they're "sword" sort of names like Oathbringer and Sunraiser, not "name" sort of names like Sylphrena and Wyndle.
