  1. I read through this and thought "What Zahel is this guy thinking!" I'm sorry ... I'll leave now Enough with the jokes, I thought this was an interesting idea but I rationalized it to a long time spent with other skilled awakeners and time to perfect his craft. Great first idea though, you deserve an upvote for it
  2. What is the meaning of life?
  3. Wait, wasnt he already in stormform?
  4. Ok, since I'm pretty sure there is no official list for hints in books, I was hoping for a Topic where we can share all of the easter eggs we have found. I personally have had some trouble with people referencing things that I didn't pick up on and not being able to find an explanation. Whenever I was forced to ask, I felt stupid because I wasn't able to notice these things. I thought this would be an easy solution. I'm gonna be putting them in catagories based primarily on book. I will cite whoever I got the information from. I don't need exact chapters but only the general area where something happened. Obviously it will take a little while for it to be a useful source but I think the effort will be worth it. Warbreaker: Elantris: Mistborn: The Final Empire Well of Acension Hero of Ages Alloy of Law Shadows of Self Bands of Mourning Secret History Stormlight Archive: Way of Kings Words of Radiance Emporer's Soul: White Sand: Silence in the Forests of Hell: Sixth of the Dusk: World Hoppers: Khriss: Only appears onscreen twice so far and always in a very obvious way. More subtle mentions of her can be found in the Bands of Mourning broadsheet and as the person Nazh addresses his margin notes to. Nazh: He's the ardent that's seen sketching Bridge Four in WoR, also leaves notes on lots of the art inserts, gets mentioned in the BoM broadsheet twice and appears in person in Secret History. Galladon: Appears in The Way of Kings as 'Grump'. You can tell by the speech pattern. Demoux: Appears with Galladon as 'Thinker'. You can identify him by the scar. Baon: The third of the Purelake trio, as 'Blunt', we only knew this one by Word of Brandon. Aslydin: Married to Demoux, also part of the Seventeenth Shard, very likely to be the Terriswoman worldhopper that Brandon has told us was on Nalthis during Warbreaker. Vasher: Hanging out on Roshar and calling himself Zahel. Can be identified by his color/flower metaphors, having life sense and his general grumpiness. Nightblood: Hello, do you remember my catchphrase about destroying evil? Iyatil and Mraize: The former is known to be from Silverlight but is descended from the Southern Scadrians (thanks to BoM we knew what to go back and look for with her mask), the latter is confirmed to be from Roshar but we know he's been offworld. Felt: You have to keep your eyes peeled to spot him, he's one of the scouts working for the Kholins in WoR. Mi'chelle: From Alloy of Law, confirmed by Brandon to be a worldhopper from Nalthis. She's the newlywed that Hoid is seen talking with. Unknown kandra: Brandon has told us there are kandra worldhoppers but by definition it's kind of hard to know whether or not we've seen them. One of them really needs to be canonically named WalDo. The Ire: Worldhoppers from Sel, seen in Secret History. The Ones Above: Appear in Sixth of the Dusk. (Thank you @Weltall for all of these, you can find the source here. Hoid: Appears in The Final Empire as the informant that Kelsier talks too. Appears in Stormlight Archive as the king's wit (my personal favorite) Appears in Bands of Mourning as the begger that tosses Wax the coin. Please post anything that you find relevant so that I can expand this post
  5. Ok, thats fair. I think it is a good idea. I would definetly read there
  6. Have you looked at wattpad? It is kinda like that and I read many interesting series there
  7. I'm almost certain its something else but we have no idea what
  8. No, when you give up your original breath
  9. So the healthier you are the when you give away your breath the stronger it is?
  10. Ok, you answered 3 and 4. But isn't that wiki page the information from the back of Warbreaker? Also I didn't mean as strong as a returned but rather much stronger than a normal person. But how is the quality of the breath determined?
  11. Ok, thank you very much. i though it was some Scadrian Metal and I was very confused
  12. Ok, i was reading through the Wobs from Reddit and i found this one Can anyone explain what Ralkalest the unforgable metal is? I have never heard of it before
  13. Ok, I just re-read Warbreaker and i have some questions 1. Has Brandon released anything about the advanced commands that Vasher uses, or about the abilities of higher hightenings? 2. Is it possible for a person to be born naturally with an extremely potent breath like a returned? 3. When a returned gives their breath to heal someone, how does that work? Why are they healed when giving someone a breath that isn't as strong doesn't? 4. Can Returned conciously manipulate their appearence as Vasher suggests? Thanks for answering what you can
  14. Ok, this is a hard one. The Forsaken are a bit op especilly with a sa'angreal, and banefire is extremely op. Also, Marsh was exactly like the Lord Ruler at his strongest so there are basically 2 Lord Rulers. Does Vin have access to the mists to strengthen her? Kaladin and Szeth could both lash the Forsaken down thousands of times over with unlimited stormlight I don't really think Vasher would be very helpful unless he had the 50,000 breath, does he? The Atium turns it into a waiting game because Vin, Kelsier, and Rashek can avoid getting hit for 30 minutes. So, I'm not sure i considered all the factors but with the Super speed of Lord Ruler and Marsh, and the infinite lashing, The Cosmere team wins
  15. King Cole

    Hi!

Good to have someone new, have an upvote. 1. Words of Radiance, Mistborn: Hero of ages, Warbreaker 2. Kaladin, Vin, Elend 3. Scadrial, fullborn 4. Kaladin and Shallan (Shaladin?)
  16. Does Hoid like cookies?
  17. Ok anyone who cares, I've updated my magic system a lot so anyone who looked at that might want to revisit it here. I also will have another major update for it within a week, after my finals are over.

  18. Yeah, the immortality wouldn;t need atium, but shapeshifting to do stuff with push and pull mechanics wouldn't really change much. It would be cool to have a aluminum skeleton but it wouldn't really do much
  19. Definetly, this has to happen. Also, since you have been on more than me in the last 2 days have an upvote
  20. I mean, they would be a Lord Ruler that could change shape, thats it. Its not that op. You may be right about toppling the Final Empire on it's own, but any Fullborn could do that. The Kandra's advantage of immortality would be irrelevant if they could compound gold/atium
  21. Those are good. The name of the WInd and the Pwder Mage trilogy are both execptional books that Brandon Sanderson has given great reviews on and were awesome
  22. I think the chapter with the stick that knew it was a stick was great
