    I mean, I still stand by what I said. I didn’t think elim!Sart would’ve voted like he had. It didn’t really make sense to me. I like to think I genuinely am a nice person. I’m glad to know you agreed. As for stealing from you, like I said, I was worried about getting killed at some point. I was paranoid about not getting lynched early and figured the elims were just gonna let me survive until I eventually got lynched or they decided to kill me. I guess I could’ve waited to buy one eventually, but I figured the kill would come sooner rather than later. I mean, you can read it like that if you want. Don’t think there’s much I can say that will change your mind on that. Anyway, I’m pretty sure at this point if we lynch me, one of you guys will win. I’m not sure who it is at this point, but good job to whoever it is. If the elims don’t win at parity, then there will be one more cycle where it’s a standoff between two players. Good luck to whoever survives!

    Hey, don’t feel bad. You should always take of yourself first before worrying about the game. I’m just glad you’re still here. Can you at least repeat why you’re suspicious of me? I wanna know why you’re suspicious of me if I’m gonna be lynched (unless @Elandera gets on and votes for you, tying things up).

    Well, we'll already over halfway through the cycle and there's only been 6 posts, the last one being about 20 hours ago. Even though I want to believe the elims were letting us tear ourselves apart while they were hiding in the shadows, nothing Kidpen's said has really screamed super elim-y to me. So I think I'll have to vote for Kynedath. Elandera has seemed more honest in our PMs, and I'm getting paranoid that all of my early PMs with Kynedath in the beginning of the game were just a way for him to pocket me.

    I definitely didn't roleblock you. I was too busy using the gun to try and kill Lemon, who I was almost certain was an elim. They were just inactive enough to not really draw too much attention, but also just active enough to influence the lynch a couple times I think. Guess I was wrong, considering she was a villager. @Kynedath Did you roleblock Elandera? If you didn't, then I guess we have to assume that Lemon did. Anyway, I'm pretty certain Elandera isn't an elim, mostly from our PMs, and the fact that they were pursuing an Elkanah lynch long before it became in vogue to do so. So I'm stuck between Kynedath and Kidpen. I'd like the last elim to be Kidpen because I still wanna think that the elims were hiding in the shadows, letting us squabble amongst ourselves and I trust Kynedath based on our PM interactions in the first couple cycles. At the same time, Kynedath easily could've just been pocketing me, which isn't really that hard to do honestly (I trust people way too much ). So I guess I should reread the thread at some point and try and make a decision while I'm reading.

    @Alvron @Twibanu I really like having PMs, especially group PMs. I understand why you would take them out for balance (or if it’s Roshar-flavored with the Spanreeds), but it just makes me sad when PMs are limited in any way.

    Elkanah. I was just about to ask if anyone had lost a vest or if someone had knifed someone. I guess we managed to finally catch another elim. I’m gonna go back through the thread at some point and see what I can glean from how other players have been treating Elk and how Elk’s been treating other players. EDIT: wait, would the thread have shown that someone was attacked but survived if they’d been hit with vest? Knifing really was the only way the elim kill could’ve been stopped if that’s the case.

    I’m gonna go ahead and drop a vote on Venture as well. I might not be able to get on again before rollover, so I wanna make sure I’ve put a vote in.

    I’ve been reading over things and thinking about things, but I think it’s just too late at night to make any big conclusions right now. I’ll make some initial statements and then come back and see how I feel after sleeping. Kynedath has seemed pretty honest and sincere in our PMs, but that doesn’t mean much at this point I don’t think. He could’ve been pocketing me (which happens way too often ) I honestly sometimes Venture is even in this game sometimes. Which might be what he was going for? Same with Kidpen. At least with Lemon, I know she stole my knife that one time. I really trust Elandera. I was uncertain of her for awhile, but we basically both had the same feeling about Sart, and our latest PMs make me believe she’s trust worthy. I don’t know about Elkanah. They’ve been staying relatively active while also staying pretty low. I’d probably be fine for a lynch on either him or Kynedath.

    Nathan had lost track of the kid in all the chaos. Once again, for a moment, he was alone. He began to pace, to give something to keep the thoughts of hopelessness and despair at bay. It helped a little, for a few precious moments. But then they returned, telling him how pointless everything was. If he couldn't even keep track of a little kid, what good was he to the rest of the team? If he couldn't have even saved Mei, why should he even bother to try to save anyone else. His chest was heavy, his heart pounding. He seemed to be watching himself pace, as if he'd become detached from his body. He knew something was wrong, that these thoughts, these feelings, weren't normal. But they felt so much more real. As if they were the showing him the truth of reality, lifting the veil from his eyes that was hope and joy. He heard screams and then commotion in the distance. He ran towards them, to find the kid dead and the crowd attacking Doc Olny. He could only stare at the child's body as the rest of the team tore apart the doctor. He began to weep as the poor man gave his last breath. He'd lasted another day, but now they were fewer than half their original size. ~ Well, that was kind of a disaster, wasn't it? I feel like we're running around in circles, chasing shadows that aren't really there. I need to go back through the thread and my PMs and figure out what the heck is going on.

    Oh, whoops, my bad. I must've got mixed up somewhere with all of these last minute votes. I'm also really concerned with all of these votes on Joe. My PMs with him always felt sincere. It wasn't really even his fault that the list happened, I'm the one who compiled everything. I'm not a fan of this lynch at all, but we can't really beat it at this point.

    Nathan was alone, cleaning his knife to distract himself from the thoughts. They ate away at his mind, telling him that there was no hope, that they wouldn’t be able to find the rest of the traitors in time. Every shadow in the room became a murderer, just waiting to kill him. One of them appeared to be holding Mei. His heart began to pound, and he reached out- Nathan heard a loud commotion coming from one of the grates in the compound, and ran towards it. If someone was in trouble, he wanted to be able to help them. They had already lost so many people, and Nathan didn’t need to be even more alone. When he arrived, he saw what appeared to be a little kid trying to get away from someone. “Hey, kid, is this guy bothering you?” He got his knife ready, in case he needed to protect the kid. ~ Okay, lemme do a quick vote count real quick. (1) Elandera: Kynedath, Striker, CadCom, (2) Striker: Lemon, Elandera, Kidpen, Joe, (0) Elkanah: Elandera, (4) Joe: Venture, Elkanah, CadCom, Lemon Well, I didn't know that ctrl+enter posts things.     That’s fair. I hope you understand why I’m keeping my vote on you for now though. I wanna give myself some chance of surviving. It would make sense, considering how off everyone’s reads have been all game. I’m not sure I remember getting that same feeling in their past posts, but this latest one does feel a little odd.

    Okay I think we’re talking around each other at this point. Lemme see if I can make my tired brain make this make sense. I wasn’t trying to say that you said anyone who defended any other player was an elim. I was trying to say that I felt like you were saying that anyone who felt uneasy about a lynch because there was little to no defense against the lynch is probably an elim. I guess I must’ve misremembered the post where you first pointed this out, because it felt a lot more...attacking isn’t the right word, but I can’t think of a better one. Anyway, I still think I’m gonna leave my vote on you because the vibe from your posts just feels off sometimes. Though if no one seems like they’re gonna break the tie, I’d rather have a lynch than no lynch, so I’ll remove my vote.

    So, I think I’m with Kynedath on this one. I really don’t like how Elandera made it seem like anyone who proposed the idea of someone who wasn’t getting support not being an elim was an elim themselves. (I hope that made sense grammatically...) I don’t like how it seems like all the talkative players are getting lynched or killed. I feel like that might say something about who the elims are, but I’m too tired to figure out how.

    @Twibanu @CadCom I was actually thinking the same thing. I was kinda hoping my vote putting the Devotary lynch so far ahead would’ve brought out whoever her teammates were if she’s an elim to defend her. Assuming she’s an elim and there are only two elims left, it would’ve been devastating if she got lynched. At the same time, maybe she is an elim and the last elim is someone that no one’s even voiced suspicion of so far? So they’re thinking they can keep that going for the rest of the game and be the last one standing? I don’t think I’d take that risk if I were an elim facing 9-2 odds on only cycle 3 though. But maybe this person is pretty confident they could survive against 8-1 odds after elim!Devo gets lynched and a villager dies? I really don’t like how little opposition the Devotary lynch has gotten, but don’t know what else to do.

    Nathan hated being alone. When he was alone, there was nothing to keep away the thoughts that chipped away at his sanity. Rather than sit alone, just letting his thoughts consume him, he went for a walk in the underground steel caverns of Newcago. He didn't choose a path to follow; he let his body choose that for him as he twirled a necklace around his fingers. It had a thin silver chain, with a simple stylized S on it. Even after all this time, he still couldn't understand why Mei had worn this necklace. Even despite hearing all the stories of the horrible things the Epics were doing in those first weeks, she'd still joined the cult of Epics. Of course, he hadn't known until he was dragging her corpse away from the Epic who had killed her and found the necklace no longer tucked inside her shirt, where she'd hidden it. Nathan stopped walking for a moment, the steel walls of the tunnels pressing in on him. He sat down against a wall, knuckles white as he clutched the stupid necklace in his hands. He made up his mind and resolved to do what he had come here for. ~ Okay, now that that's done, Devotary. After doing my reread of the thread and sleeping on the things I saw, I really think that Devotary's vote was a little odd. I mean, so was mine, but I'd already expressed support of Sart in some PMs before I decided to defend him against the lynch. Something about Devotary's post voting on Coda and some of her later explanations just feels off.

    I would just like to point out that they’re actually still in play. BR didn’t see a PM (either Stick giving the binoculars to someone or someone stealing from her), so she made an error in the write-up.

    That makes sense. I hadn’t thought about the elims being able to use that list to figure out she had the binoculars. I was just trying to figure out who had an alibi for C1.

    Nah, I just reacted poorly because of the day I’ve been having. I don’t want people to feel like they can’t vote on me because of how I’ll react.

    So, I’m just gonna preface this post with this: I’ve not been having a good day, so if I sound rude or offensive, I’m sorry. I mean, you could’ve at least said who told me they also started with a knife so they could come on and confirm whether my claim was true or not. @Twibanu Did you not tell me you had a knife before I responded and told you I had a knife too? And like I said in our PM when you confronted me about this the first time, Kynedath, I didn’t want to trade items with you at first because I really only wanted to trade with Twibanu at first (which is why I opened my PM with him asking if he wanted to item trade). The reason I ended up changing my mind was because me and Tinu had started talking and were theorizing about whether or not a bunch of people had started off with knives. It was a combination of us thinking it was weird how many knives were in the market and that we managed to item claim with another person with a knife. Oh, and I went and checked the time stamps for my PMs with you and Tinu. At 11:54 am CST on Thursday, I messaged Tinu about everyone theoretically having a knife. At 11:55 am CST, same day, I messaged Kynedath about changing my mind to do an item trade. I’ve been pretty honest in my PMs about who I stole from and what I was trying to steal. If my goal had been to take your vest so I could kill and I’d failed, why would I go around telling people? Anyway, I’m not gonna vote for you because I don’t think you’re an elim and it would be a waste of our time. I need to go back through and see what I think of other players now that I know Sart is an elim. Which I’m still surprised about. He had to have known that sheeping Tinu like he did was gonna draw suspicions. It isn’t something I thought elim!Sart would’ve done, but I guess I was wrong.
