There's another thread going with the same topic and ^ basically summarises things. There are so many variables that one outcome isn't necessarily possible to determine. However speculating different outcomes and how they happen can be a lot of fun. Edit: sorry to sound like a buzzkill.

A feruchemical bullet, assuming it's a filled metalmind, would only really work if it's an unkeyed/unsealed (can't remember the proper term) metalmind. Plus unless it's gold the bullet wound could just damage the person.
