So, what were your opinions, overall? I said best. It was amazing. Worldbuilding I did not expect, amazing character growth and depth, real issues, and deep emotional struggles. And awesome magic. So much cosmere tid bits. I really, REALLY enjoyed this book. So for me? 10/10.

I think they were Weapons of Surgical Destruction. Hilarity aside, I'm imagining them as like Surge weapons to an extreme. A Gravity crusher thingy. An Adhesion death thing. So I just got back from Justice League. Opinions? It was all right. Not great. Not awful. EXCEPT THE FREAKING CGI FIELD OF CORRNNN AGHHHH Wonder woman and Flash, and also Aquaman, were definetly highlights. Batman, still just is meh. Cyborg... I guess he's cool? Anyway that's my opinion.

It was important that he failed in this book. Otherwise people would complain "he finished each climax with an oath in each book. This is boring." Kaladin had a LOT of character depth in this one. His struggle with the moral implications of his oaths are exactly what his character needs to deal with. It's the hard question. Who's right? Who should he protect? I found his story deeply moving in this book, and illuminating into what's really going on on Roshar.
