  1. ... And where did you get this??? If there was one item that I would guess would be dragonsteel, I would say the Leras's knife would be it. An invincible metal would probably manifest realmatically. I don't see any other shards wearing knives...
  2. Apparently the speaker (a newly returned missionary) was a Sanderfan too. Afterwards I approached her about the cosmere and referenced her to here to learn more.
  3. When you're in church and you hear Brandon Sanderson mentioned and suddenly you're paying attention
  4. Yes! I'm a full feruchemist! Fear my speed
  5. And if they have pigs... that means they have BACON!!!! HOORAY
  6. This idea is fascinating to me, and explains fortune pretty well. Take an upvote, and you're now my head canon.
  7. We'll finally achieve Star Trek.
  8. Interesting. I'll comment on this later when I have more time.
  9. *sigh* 1. It's a ploy I wouldn't use as an eliminator. There's nothing stopping someone else from doing so. 2. I'm saying not that he's cleared. I'm saying other might think he's cleared for making such a comment. But saying "I'M AN ELIMINATOR" probably shouldn't be used as a way to clear someone. And I'm thinking it's basically a double bluff. If I thought he was cleared, then I would not be voting on him. I'm saying it doesn't clear him. Good point, megasif. I didn't notice that... Edit: ok one last thing before I start working. This sort of thing has happened before, where I get randomly accused, and I get over defensive, and I promptly get lynched. And im village. This happened in El's quick fix. And probably some other games. I don't think I'm over reacting this time, but if rhats why you're voting on me, please take a look at that.
  10. Ok... that actually makes sense. Hm. Ok. @Alvron would you please elaborate upon your suspicions of me? Ok. I admit I haven't actually said much of substance. This might have something to do with the fact that I'm working with so little information that I'm not sure who to accuse. As for manukos, his ploy works on two premises. First, it creates confusion in the village. Second, it seems so weird that it almost clears him. Admittedly, if I were an elim, that is NOT the ploy I would use. It could work, but it's just so... aggressive. Now I am not going to be on for the remainder of the cycle, because I have work. I will have a 15 minute break, and if you lynch me, I'll try to give some opinions in my 100 character scribe thing. That being said, I would prefer if you didn't lynch me. It's been a while since I survived a true lynching game.
  11. I'm still not sure what I did to earn scrutiny. Encription is annoying. So, manukos was trying to draw out eliminators. To be frank, that is an awful way to draw out eliminators. I'm soldifying my vote on manukos, unless something comes up I'll be keeping my vote on him. Speculating on a WGG is going to get us nowhere. The only way to find out is to kill Orlok, which I don't think is a good idea. If you decide to lynch me, whatever. Now if I could just come up with something meaningful to write after I die... yes I'm claiming Scribe. Frankly I can tell you now what I think: I'm suspicious of Manukos.
  12. Yeah that question is RAFO bait.
  13. I was just trying to come up with ideas. Anyway, I believe that Adonalsium started off with a unified intent. Why would it start off with 16 different intents? I still like my idea that the intents are actually parts of Adonalsiums old identity, that came off when he was shattered. Still, it is a possibility. Although I find it very unlikely that even harmony would struggle with self defense.
  14. My issue with Alvron is that it's impossible to have a conversation, to figure out if I should vote on him again. Especially when I still don't understand what he's saying. I've been thinking about who I should vote on, manukos or alv. Alvs comments are unintelligible. But manukos's points are just... completely illogical to me. I don't understand what he's saying, or why he is saying it. I should also probably go and re-read the rules about roles. For now, manukos . Alvron, if you're trying to say something, I would prefer that you actually say it. But others seem to be getting something out of your comments, so I'll just write you off as using the weird comments as a different play style. My thoughts on Orlok- either he's village, or he's a WGG elim in deep. My gut tells me the attack was not a WGG though. His play style was village before hand, and it makes sense for the elims to take out a smart active villager like Orlok. Im feeling a newbie tone from Mestiv. I don't feel like lynching him yet, because how would he have learned to not make slightly unguarded comments? I do wish we could hear from some more players. I would rather we not lose any more valuable roles due to inactivity.
  15. And then I could ask the burning question: what would happen if a mistborn burned Dragonsteel
  16. Given that some of the shards have the power to see the future, Adonalsium should have been able to see the future, by virtue of why would the shards have abilities Adonalsium didn't? Now, if he had future sight (which was probably better than any of the shards), why didn't Adonalsium see his own shattering? And prevent it? I see two possible situations here: 1. Aluminum was involved. As we know, aluminum is not visible using investiture. It's also possible that aluminum was used to kill Adonalsium. However... Aluminum isn't easy to get your hands on. At least not in a pre-industrial society. So, I'm slightly against this idea. 2. Adonalsium knew he was going to be shattered, and allowed it to happen. This is interesting. Why would Adonalsium allow itself to be shattered? I also have this weird idea that Hoid was Adonalsiums champion or something, which is why he is unable to kill (if Adonalsiums intent was to create life, then why would it let its champion hurt people?) Another idea is that Adonalsiums name means "a mind, a soul". Given that there is also a physical realm, perhaps Adonalsium was somehow trying to achieve becoming "a body, a mind, a soul"?
  17. If we could get a WoB that we've seen dragonsteel before, we could make it canon.
  18. *facepalm* what the heck, why did sami let themself die of inactivity! The steward is an important role, and of course it's the one thay went inactive *another facepalm* Also manukos, what are you trying to do? If you're an elim, why are you telling us? If you're not, why are you saying you are? Your claim makes no logical sense.
  19. As much as I find Alvron's antics funny, I feel like it might be a ploy to avoid scrutiny. I'm going to scrutinize it and say Alvron. AND now I accidentally started typing in white. Grammatical errors abound.
