  1. In that vein in more ways than one, I'm guessing.
  2. Heal Honor, hurt Ruin 3. Preservation: 8 4. Ruin: 9 5. Odium: 2 6. Honor: 9 7. Cultivation: 7 8. Endowment: 6 9. Autonomy: 9
  3. I was just joking to bring some humor into the situation. I hope they don't give up, either.
  4. I say... you're right! Welcome to the Len trust list. Right now I closely trust Lopen, Alv, and Wonko, and would advise any other players to do the same (except for the elims, who should just give up already). Because of this, Sheep. In addition to Sheep, let's check out all of the inactives for this reason. My projections show that there are 2 elims remaining, and I'd bet that one's a Rioter and the other's a Smoker, Thug, or Soother.
  5. Anyone else notice that someone Soothed the vote on Ripple to attempt to cause a triple lynch? 1. The elims have a soother (unless it's a chaotic villager, which I doubt) 2. One of my daft plans actually worked!
  6. Good point. To safeguard from that, then... Dankness Ripple. Nothing against Ripple, but now that I think about it I don't want a triple lynch either.
  7. If you wanted, you could take your vote off and purposefully make it a three-way lynch. Not saying that you should, just that you could.
  8. I didn't even realize you had voted on me. Nathan. Killing Jefry last game saddened even the heartless elim that I was, and I don't want another Jefry. I'm not feeling either the Ripple or the Rae lynch (I don't have any real suspicions on either of them), so I'm voting for Dankness because his sudden inactivity makes me suspicious. I, like Lopen, would be willing to be that it's because he's been in an elim doc. Edit: That alliteration though. XD
  9. I'm running that one now. Will have results in a few minutes. Results: (edited in) As far as I can tell, there's only been one other game since I've started playing (MR15) that has had both El and Nyali in it as players, and it seems like a suitable candidate for your theory all except for one thing: it was faction elimination, not standard. But it does fit perfectly into the motivations you describe. The game was MR16: Alv's war of the worlds. El was on Nalthis with me, and Nyali was allied with us for the latter half. The rest of our faction got nailed early, but between El, Nyali, and I (mostly El and Nyali); we orchestrated a comeback from having only 2 faction players to winning the game. Players who were in MR16 and are alive in this one: Ecth Dani Lopen Stick Alv (GM) Me
  10. This (the voting for Marsh) is why we can't have nice worlds...
  11. Look up the D4 write-up for Joe's last game, LG24. That holds the record for most deaths by single kill, and there were vigilante kills besides that. Even compared to previous games this seems like a lot, especially considering that there are at least 2 Coinshots running around at night. A thought I just had: You'd think that if Nathan was completely inactive with no contacts, then there would be no one contesting the votes on him. The way that things have panned out with a sudden reluctance to lynch him, I think that he may have teammates out trying to make sure that he isn't lynched by accusing others.
  12. Banhammers are the weapons of ultimate power, wielded by moderators all over the web. A single banhammer has the power to smite spoilers and send trolls back to the darkness from which they came. Had I any artistic talent whatsoever I'd volunteer, but I don't have any. But you've got some great ideas. One that I'd like to suggest, "My downvotes to yours, my downvotes become yours."
  13. Hurt Ruin, heal Honor 3. Preservation: 6 4. Ruin: 9 5. Odium: 5 6. Honor: 8 7. Cultivation: 6 8. Endowment: 6 9. Autonomy: 7 10. "Survival Shard": 3
  14. Where are you getting these numbers? I did some projections of my own: a balanced eliminator team in a game of 20 players, with vigilante kills, is either 4 strong roles or 5 average. Since Doc was vanilla, I can only assume that this means there were 5 starting Nobles. Since this is a Joe game I expect 2 or 3 neutrals, but that still puts us at a maximum of 8 non-villagers. Also, it would be wise to have @A Joe in the Bush tell us that if an elim dies from the filter, will their role be given to a villager, be lost from the game, or will a vanilla villager be converted into an elim? I wouldn't be surprised if the "regulars" were part of some secret Joe mechanic that's integral to the game. *scans Joe's posts for white text*
  15. Magestar. Nathan. No sense keeping my vote on Mage if I've got no support. I too am paranoid about inactives and advocate for lynching them on a regular basis, and since it doesn't look like Nathan will hit the filter in the near future than we may have to speed things along a bit.
  16. For me it's forum games like SE, Hurt/Heal, etc: so many posts but so little rep.
  17. Whoa, who downvoted @Figberts? We don't downvote choices we don't agree with, just vote against them. I upvoted him to fix it.
  18. Would you venture to say Force of will? I role-play in a game called Star Wars: Edge of the Empire, sometimes as a player, sometimes as a GM.
  19. He wasn't in a PM with me, and of my contacts I haven't heard of anyone who had PMs with him.
  20. I'm voting Magestar, because he put a vote on me without explaining why he even finds me suspicious.
  21. Can you explain your reasons for wanting to lynch me? I can't think of anything that I've done wrong, except being less aggressive than usual C1.
  22. *deletes apology for lynching Jondesu* RIP Bugsy, Orlok, and Nyali. Edit: @A Joe in the Bush Isn't El supposed to be dead in the player list?
  23. So you accidentally created a tie, but then instead of simply retracting your vote you instead tried to swing the tie to a different player? Something's not adding up.
