  1. How does conversion even work? I've heard it referenced but I don't see any abilities that allow someone to do that.
  2. Yeah, poor guy. Say, have you considered joining Sanderson Elimination?
  3. I'm electing Cloud; he's the only confirmed role here (except for Eramit, but he's dead to me, the traitor).
  4. "With a clacking of polished shoes and the clinking of pocketed money, Ashkelon raced down the stairs of the senate building, exploding into the town square in a blur of gilded clothes and expensive accessories. He leaped onto the nearest tall object, a small wall about half his height. From this vantage point, he uttered the text of the Horn-Call of Buckland: 'Up! Awake! Fear! Fire! Foes! Awake!' The crowd turned toward him in a wave, their heads creating a sea of pale faces, made paler by what was yet to come. 'I have an item of business that concerns every last person here who wants to live!' The crowd fell silent. 'My spies have delivered ill tidings! Tiding of great doom to us all! Eramit is the Gyorn of the Derethi Cultists!' Mutters shot through the crowd, and fear radiated from Ashkelon's perch like a tsunami of terror. 'But do not fear! We in the senate will deal with him and all of his followers, just as we dealt with the accursed Cultist in our midst!' Cheers broke out, and Ashkelon felt it was time for his masterstroke. 'But above all, give me a pay raise!' With that triumphal declaration, Ashkelon leaped from his perch and sprinted into the senate building, leaving a riled but slightly-confused crowd behind him.
  5. 1. The Steward receives both role and alignment; I have edited the rules for this and the other clarifications. 2. Now, the Authority allows the Lieutenant to choose which elim must take the night action, solving two problems. 3. I love the Liar too; combine it with the Prisoner and almost half of the game votes might not be legit. 4. They learn everyone, but in no particular order. They will see all Citadel Guards, the Eliminator, and the Morgul Spy. They won't see the Steward because he stays in his tower and uses the Palantir. 5. I want it as a MR because of all of the vote switching. In a game of 25, somewhere around 8 votes (or almost a third) might not hit their target. Ferreting out Mordor Liars would take some serious analysis, much more so than I think falls under a QF. The game might not have as many roles as a standard MR, but the complexity of the reasoning needed should be more than enough. And yes indeed, there will be Gondor liars eager to throw seemingly secure Mordor characters under the bus, adding to the chaos. 6. About me thinking that the Elims voted, you can tell that I'm not an Elim in MR15... 7. Who do I contact about being added to the GM rotation, and how many players can I expect?
  6. Not if his buddies have anything to say. That given, I most likely will die tonight.
  7. @Ecthelion III is a cookie-giver and wasn't impressed with my response. I downvoted him in kind.
  8. Mayday! Mayday! Eramit is the full-out Derethi Gyorn! Get me a lynching rope!
  9. @cloudjumper is Straw's assertion true? I'm dropping my vote on Elodin too, although I should be back about 30 minutes before turnover to analyze again. Edit: un-red on Elodin because I already had a poke vote on him.
  10. Whatever they say, don't eat the cookies.
  11. Heal Vin, kill Sarene. 1. Kelsier 6 HP2. Kaladin 5 HP3. Vin 6 HP4. Elend 6 HP5. Shallan 5 HP6. Dalinar 6 HP7. Vivenna 4 HP8. Siri 5 HP9. Adolin 5 HP10. Spook 4 HP11. Sazed 6 HP12. Raoden 6 HP13. Wax 5 HP14. Marasi 3 HP15. Wayne 6 HP 16. Sylphrenia 8 HP17. Lightsong 6 HP18. Sarene 0 HP19. Hrathen 4 HP20. Marsh 5 HP22. Szeth 4 HP23. Renarin 5 HP24. Hoid 8 HP25. Jasnah 6 HP
  12. That's what I said, and so my inspection vote remains on him. As for the lynch, I'm pretty sure it will either be Elodin for beginning the bandwagon on Cloud or Straw for being a bandwagoner on everybody. I'd personally prefer Elodin, but Straw dying is fine, too.
  13. Well, I was a new player when I got into this, but ended up lynching a Jeskeri. I'm keeping the inspection vote on you, half because I think you'll split the elims' attention between the Senate and the pros and half because you don't sound like you want to be scanned. I will take my vote off of Elodin if/when he explains his actions.
  14. Okay guys, I'm looking for some feedback on this Lord of the Rings game that I've created. MR??: Terror in Minas Tirith The year is 2756 in the Third Age. The land of Gondor lies dark and silent, menaced by an ever-growing shadow on its eastern frontier. Minas Ithil has fallen to the Enemy, and it will not be many years until Osgiliath suffers the same fate. But the plans of Sauron wait for no man. Even now, when the forces of Gondor are watching the expansion of Mordor, a few of Sauron's most cunning servants are ready to strike a blow at the heart of Gondor itself. Story Outline/Basic Rules: Roles:
  15. That's the second time @Straw has bandwagoned without reason. I'd suggest he defend himself, before I use the senate's powers to drop a triple-poke-vote.
  16. And a scan would be good to identify if he's a good election candidate for tomorrow night. I'll go ahead and hit him with a scan vote on the senate doc.
  17. I could do either. @Eolhondras is lurking but @eramit was just plain suspicious.
  18. He's Australian so he's not active when many others are. However, a scan could settle who he is permanently.
  19. Well of course, coming from the guy whose identity is verified. But despite my early suspicions of you, you would indeed be my first vote (and second, if I had one). I hate to be that one bandwagoner, but I'm a bit suspicious of Elodin as well. However, I'm just poke-voting, and will withdraw if he defends himself adequately.
  20. We will elect a new senator next night, along with the possibility of adding a new one. Not to get too ahead of ourselves, but I think the new senator should be someone verified; someone we all (except the elims of course) can trust.
  21. I'll take the goo for use as nuclear fuel for my next nefarious plan. I'll trade in a whoopee cushion for someone else's evil scheme.
  22. I'd punch Odium, but I'm not sure how long I'd live after punching either. (And here's an upvote) The whole world has Snapped. Would you rather be a Seeker or a Smoker?
