    I know this is off topic but i was just reminded that alkali mentals burn underwater. Would one of the more science-knowledgable of you guys tell me if theres any possible epic application of this? Theres a few water manipulators, so i thought itd be cool. Also, maybe manipulation of alkaline earth metals? Thats essentially what they put in fireworks.

    Thats right, i hadnt considered how soon it is after epics appear.

    True, so another option could be mass produces motivators being used from a dead epic with these abilities. And i doubt theyd be too fond of bushfire nomatter how hot that epic is(see what i did there)

    Do we know if gufting can be done in different levels? Prof could gift certain levels of forcefeilds, but he was an amazingly powerful gifter. If this is possible, then maybe one sibling or friend got the gifting ability and gave an extraordinarily strong doseage to the rest, and then gifts the men they choose. The gifter would be 1-1.

    alright, thanks. Also do we know it drives them to a murderous rage? after all the cove twins survive it, although we aren't told how.

    amd that would make a good upper limit for epics in europe. The fatality rate would be higher, but it would be easier to justify paranoia or fear of government.

    Did Brandon ever answer what a high epic was? Theyre described as seperate from prime invincibilities in the first book, but do we just call them the same thing?

    true, and another question: what happens if two contracts on one person conflict with eachother? Also, by anti-astoria do you mean all weak epics?

    for time based abilities, anyone who can stop time is pretty powerful, even if its just for themselves. the combat applications are endless(literally, because time is stopped) The ability to stop time for others cancels every PI we have here, but why not have accord force eternity to not use her powers on other people?

    they could have complementary abilities, like mv and impact, which would help explain the strength of th ability too.

    I know astoria is supposed to be where all the greatest epics are, but the wastelands are probably stronger. Apollo, Artemis, necro-something-or-other, and even the tribourne trio could fit in astoria just fine.

    who are the other energy epics i havnt read any but im still workimg through the rps. Also how long is a good wait between posts, i have a bladestorm ready.

    the conversion rate shown is actually impossible, as there would never be that much energy present in a door

    an energy conversion epic is a bit op dont you think. I cant come up with anyone more powerful in the astoria rp. Also, storm of glass is a bit OP himslelf. He could pick up a hand of sand, charge it with kinetic energy and throw it with a huge effect. That kind of power is off the charts, although the lack of PI makes up for it somewhat.

    there should be a page for just ideas of epics, aside from the if you were an epic one. We could have a seperate page for various types of epics, like a page for enhanced abilities or a page for teleportation, or it could just be one big idea page.
