i mean so far Team Evil hasn't been shy about talking out in the open when it needs to has it you told me to devour the van from within this is what u wanted i did what i could with the situation

the long and short of it is the village wants to kill the deepwolf

to be fair, the current game state is all kinds of counterintuitive it is pretty much impossible to understand without wargaming it all out add to that the fact that the Octet doc last cycle was pretty full of folks missing some part of the rules or another and I'm assuming the village isn't any better and well, here we are

edit: to clarify, the bit I said about you getting to take 8 swings at the Insider is misleading in practice, you actually get about 6 plus some RNG (but 6 is still a lot)

This is mostly a pretty good summary yes Just like how to catch the Informant infiltrating the Octet, we tried to kill the entire Octet The incentives in this game are fairly cursed

Neat but you have to guess dawg If you get down to 4 players and the Insider isn't dead then you no longer necessarily even control the vote I'm not sure why you would plan for eventualities beyond that point because it's already make-or-break at that point

because 1) i have a say in who the NK targets and 2) if you get down to F4 and the Insider is still alive then Team Evil has a say in who the exe targets (and meanwhile if the Insider is dead you can just execute me and win) so there's not much point in planning for a mechanically forced victory at F2 and 3) im assuming the purpose of going out of your way to get down to Drake/Stick is that you aren't sure which of us to trust but im the evil one i mean im saying it right here

that'd be a neat trick to pull off with an odd number of players and no voting minimum I'm sure you could connive to get it within a coin toss of that happening by doubling up the exe and the kill again, but I'd still get a chance at derailing that edit: the point is, your inflection point is really F4 if the Insider makes it that far then you lose (well, its more of another coin toss really, but yea) if they do not, then you win

My problem is that people aren't acknowledging the facts There is no possible incentive for the Informant to self-vote I am not the Informant However, voting for me is still a Bad Idea These are the facts I could try to spew smoke and try to erase them but I'm pretty sure sooner or later somebody will get their head on straight all the way and realize them, so I've streamlined the process a little

smh everyone yeah you're feeling confusion valid, as this game is confusing what next tho Sart is literally the only sane one here and yes that includes myself because if I were sane clearly I'd be trying to take advantage of y'all

alright well it looks like it's on me to see the next few steps in this crazy jig so here they are let's assume I can aim the NK at the Contact and then I win the coin toss and the Contact dies then what? sure at that point if I got exed I'd likely win, because the Insider can then go ahead and kill Stick with the NK but people aren't gonna exe me, and the NK is going to always hit outside the doc because ties always favor votes outside the doc so you'll just keep hitting people outside the doc with both the NK and the exe until the Insider is dead and then vote me up and the village wins and there's... not really much I can do about that! so yeah, if we'd won that coin toss and I got exed yesterday, or if we'd actually gotten Stick voted up Aman I'm still judging you so hard for v!reading me most of yesterday smhhhhhhhhhhhhhh (and yes, aman, if you are judging me from beyond the grave for snap voting without seeing the bit about votes being immutable, you absolutely have a right to, but that doesn't stop me from judging you for this we can judge each other ok ), in either of those cases we'd very probably be winning but in this case, not so much I suppose you guys could still lose if you keep missing the Insider and it comes down to a 2v1 with me, Stick, and the Insider you now have 8 chances to swing and miss try not to mess it up

and you lied about locking your NK vote smh you are very dishonest i on the other hand have been very forthright with the village

this is clearly a lie as I said in our doc, I am an invincible murderpuppy I knew the lynch couldn't kill me

I keep daring Stick to lock her vote in and she keeps not doing it She says she wants to kill outside the doc but I'm pretty sure that'd dry up real quick if I stopped having votes on me oh she just voted Aman for reals now I actually don't know what to make of that kinda tempted to join Sart and vote on Faerie......

the Informant literally flips as an elim and the fact that you don't know this is pretty good evidence that you aren't them

the insider smh saying it again and again doesn't make it true! this presupposes that you planned all along to have me exed but Aman clearly took the initiative on that and you only entered the fray when you didn't have any choice

I will literally not stop taunting you for not locking the NK

not to belabor the obvious but you were both voting for me in the thread and making an effort to line up their stories smh not that your stories actually did properly line up smh my accounting of events actually makes sense smh
