The best I've managed to find is here: More specifically, this part:

Hm. I'd swear I've seen a WoB on that, but that might be my mind playing tricks on me. I am fairly certain I've seen this discussed on the Shard before, so I'm certain that's not something I came up with.

So, I go on a trip, and when I'm back, Endowment's dead. Wonderful. Heal Preservation, hurt Ruin. 3. Preservation: 11 4. Ruin: 10 6. Honor: 12 7. Cultivation: 7 9. Autonomy: 10

You'd have to search "glys" in Theoryland, because I'm fairly confident that the question about his gender and Renarin's orientation has been answered by Brandon, but whenever I try to get to Theoryland, I get 403 error, so I'm unfortunately unable to provide you with the direct quote.

As PallonianFire says, Silverlight is probably the worldhopper colony we've had mentioned a few months back, the so-called "Restaurant at the End of the Cosmere". It's probably less of a faction in itself, but rather a sort of hub where various independent worldhoppers such as Khriss or Zahel meet, relax between expedition, raise kids and so on. In this case, the "Silverlight expedition" is likely less of an organized effort by the colony's government (if there is any), and more of a bunch of worldhoppers meeting in the bar and going "hey, let's get some funds and go see this Drominad place!". I wouldn't be surprised if Silverlight was the recruiting ground for other organizations, like Seventeenth Shard and the off-world branch of Ghostbloods. On the other hand, I'd guess Ire isn't connected with the "Restaurant" all that much, considering they're composed solely of Elantrians (and of course, that begs the question of just how old Silverlight/Restaurant is. It could very well be that it didn't exist back during Secret History).

You're not the first one to come up with this, and the answer is, as far as we knwo, nope. Glys is, indeed, male, but Brandon has confirmed before that the gender of your spren has no connection with your sexual orientation (can't give you the quote - Theoryland doesn't let me in). Spren are apparently "matched" to Radiants based on what the Radiant is "missing", for lack of a better world - Syl is optimistic, while Kaladin is almost caustic, Wyndle is stable while Lift is wilder, etc. With Renarin being raised in Vorin faith, and feeling very useless and non-combatant (and therefore, unmanly), this could result in a male spren.

Allomancy in Era 1, that's instant +1000 rep points, and in a society like this, I'd need that. In Era 2, though, Feruchemy. The ability to store your wakefulness, mental speed etc. is definitely a win.

[Arcanum Unbounded Spoilers] The world inhabited solely by...
Rasarr replied to Landis963's topic in Cosmere Discussion
That's an interesting tidbit about Roshar, and I have to agree with the OP, it's probably Braize. So... if I was to guess... what Khriss means is that it's a planet inhabited by Odium spren, the Unmade and (occasionally) souls of Heralds? Sounds about right, I doubt much would survive being constantly in presence of Rayse. -

Aw, Nazh died... (said Rasarr the Slowpoke) Well, I guess I'll sit the rest of this round out and spectate.

I would say we are moving somewhat. Not sure what other people think, though. Heal Nazh, hurt Iyatil. 1. Khriss--33 2. Nazh--8 3. Iyatil--29

What are the powers of today's Heralds?
Rasarr replied to NeutroniumAlchemist's topic in Stormlight Archive
@Eki - Heralds using Connection would make sense. Connection could let them return to Roshar after their stint in Braize, and the knowledge of language could be a useful side effect. -
As above. 1. Khriss--35 2. Nazh--6 3. Iyatil--29
