  1. And, this duty, as defined by the constitution, is to do betterment of all citizens of the Basin. Not only do we (the senators) come under this category, buy, so is our protection part of your duty. Hence, Could I not conclude that if one of use dies tomorrow, you'll have failed in your duty? Does not that provide reason enough to impeach you?
  2. I think I'd put my vote on Araris. I'm not sure how manipulative he is, but I think his cover against the plan is very effective. He's put himself in as a non-urgent target for the scan, thus ensuring he's scanned very late, if ever. By that time, of course, he could just have started a PM,and could admit so, citing that it had been a very long time or something. Or, the scanner could have already died. Anyways, I know this is sounding like I'm saying that just because I'm impatient (sort of. More like getting bored, really), so everyone else must be. But, you must understand, that is not my intention. I just want to know what other people think. EDIT : Oh, and aman, I think you'd be better off keeping that person to yourself. If they do turn out to be good, I believe they'll have been put in the path of danger. Other than that, I've not got many thought right now.
  3. Neither are you, by that definition, 'that people.' Instead, the way I see it, both of us are citizens of Elendel, and will represent our share in the vote. But, a new government must be now elected. Hence, as per articles 409 - A : Incase of resignation from the Governer of Elendel, the whole cabinet is dissolved, and the Election Commission forms an interim government, and must facilitate elections within two months from the date of election. Hence, I propose we pass the laws required, and you resign by next cycle.
  4. I now wonder why we made you Governer (I didn't of course. I was bribed.) See, you're wasting a lot of money. Where do you propose the Senate actually acquires the funds to supply all of the populace of the basin with alcohol? That is wasteful. Very. Especially in light of your new pending improvisations to the governance of the Elendel Basin. Since representatives must be elected we believe you are no longer fit to represent Elendel Basin as it's head. We must hold new elections, and elect a Governer according to the people's wish.Due to "dramatic cuts in corporate tax", we will not be able to fund your campaign of alcohol even if we wanted to. Due to these hypocritical inconsistencies in our newly elected Governer, I urge everyone to please impeach him. Thank you. I look forward to your full cooperation.
  5. EVERYONE! BRIBE EVERYONE ELSE TO VOTE FOR ORLOK. IF WE CAN INSTIGATE A TIE, WE COULD ELIMINATE HIM. And, Stink, I definitely believe you and your team have a chance to win. I'm just not sure about mine. I believe they tried to cause a tie between the votees. But, that was stopped by our vigilante. (The one mentioned in the writeup). So, who scanned stink? Stink, I'd rather you scanned me with the ledger. That would confirm a lot. Bugsby, could you please make a post. We need you right now.
  6. *slowly claps* Well played eliminators, this game has been fun. I don't think there's any way we can win now, is there? You're free to inform us, of course. So, if I'm right, it is Orlok, Stink and lopen, correct? Sadly (Not really), one of you died. Aman, use it wisely. Sorry if I inconvenienced you. I know there's no point in putting a vote on someone, but one can always try. EDIT: wonderful writeup Joe. Loved it a lot.
  7. Hmmm. This is very bad. I wish we'd had PMs right now. So, far, I believe Stink, Orlok and Lopen are evil. 3 people out of twenty doesn't seem bad. But, that's not factoring in the team kill ability. Switching your votes from Lopen would make you an almost confirmed corrupt in my opinion. So, it's tool ate to change your votes now. Does going to jail strip you of your items? EDIT: NL suspicions, Lopen? So far out, I'm sure you'd have a few suspicions, wouldn't you?
  8. So, our four corrupt fellows have been revealed. That kind of coordination was just what I'd been hoping for. Oh wait! Lopen. You bribed everyone (almost). To kill Alv. And, I suspect those were on your own team. Why would you risk losing money to outsiders when you could bribe your own team, and hence make them seem innocent?
  9. Fine then. Stink There's my vote. My reason for voting for him I'd that he's been doing his 'shenanigans' all throughout the game. Perfect cover for an eliminator, I'd say. But, that's what he does every game. This Game has given me a bad gut feeling though. From my point of view, we've got about 3-4 corrupt. 3, most probably. So, given that we've got 8 people, out of which I know I'm innocent, then there's 7 people I can target. Alvron was proven innocent. The rest six are what I'm looking at. And, between he's six, I've found Stink suspicious.
  10. Ummm, I'm not sure which bids are valid here, so I'll put a bid for 10000000 wealth. Sure, this bid might just be useless. But, I'm not sure which bids are invalid.
  11. 3 wealth Tii seems to be in crisis.
  12. To any outside observers, this game might be seeming very boring right now.
  13. 10 and a half hours of silence.... Sadly, half the active players have been killed. Maill I stand by what is he said last turn, and will continue to stand by it until I am proven wrong. Questions to anyone who can answer - Why did strawman lie about Hellscythe? Why did the jailed people think Yosef's was evil? We could end this game on a tie where there's no jailing or daggers in the game. what would happen in this super-improbable case, GM?
